Good morning All.

A bit tired today after spending several hours working on the yard yesterday and then hubby and I wnt to the movies last night and saw Angels and Demons. That was very good movie.

Another nice day here today. Hoping to get the rest of the yeard work done.

Good morning, friends! Have I told anybody how sick I am of rain? That's all it does here anymore. I feel like I am in a tropical rainforest and it is the wet season. Oh well, in three weeks or so I will probably be screaming for some rain. At least it's good for my flowers I got planted yesterday!

Hey Minta, Angels and Demons, is it worth going to see at the movie theater or is it one you should wait and get on DVD when it comes out?

Well today is the most exciting day in racing and I am siiting here listening to the greatest spectale in racing the indy 500. I hate that they black it out here locally so i am forced to listen to it on the radio. I used to go every year but money is tight so I did not go this year. I don't have much planned besides listening to the 500 on the radio and then watching the nascar race on tv after that. I have to go pick up my mom at the airport at 11 tonight so i might try to squezze in a nap. Hope everyone has a good day.

Hey all.

We have some thunderstorms in the area right now. That has been a daily thing for a long time now. I'm not going to complain though. In the middle of summer I probably will be praying for the rain.

I'm looking for "Baby's First Christmas" clothes and ornaments!! Only issue with the clothes is I don't know what size he'll actually wear by December since he's not even born yet! He'll be 6 months, but seeing as though his daddy is 6'3" 250lbs and I'm 5'10, I'm thinking he's going to be a bit large!

I have noticed most baby's first Christmas are all made for newborns. Hopefully you can find something in a larger size. I will keep my eyes open and let you know if I come across something.

Happy Memorial Day everyone!

It is pouring down rain right now in St. Louis and apparently the power flashed at some point overnight! I realize that this puts a damper on most people's Memorial Day plans, but well - I work in a mall and typically Mem. Day is not a good day of business for us as everyone is BBQ-ing. So, I welcome the rain and hope that it brings us great business!!!

My family did our grilling and such yesterday. Brats, slaw, pasta salad, chips, salsa and then fresh strawberry shortcake for dessert!!! Mmmmmmmm....I do love summer food!!

But, with a more Christmassy outlook, today leaves only 7 months till Christmas! I'm going to toast that with some hot chocolate this morning

Having problems posting this morning. First post did not take. Lets try this again!

Good Morning All...... I want to start off by giving THANKS to all who have served and to those who still serve and protect our country. To the vets who gave the ultimate sacrifice and to their families for with out them we would not able to enjoy our freedom, enjoy doing the things we love to do and openly enjoy the holidays! THANK YOU!!!!!

It's so nice to have a Monday off from work. We are exhausted from spending the last 2 days working on the yard. Township is going to love us as we have close to 25 large leaf bags filled pine needles, grass clippings, and tree shavings from the tree stumps we had grounded out but the yard looks so great!

Hi there, I sent you a long private message already..but I saw someone else said its hard to find "Baby's First Christmas" in larger sizes. I love Babies R Us. You might not be able to find anything until the early fall for Christmas but my son was born in February and was in 12 months clothes by his first Christmas and my Mom and I both found quite a few things there cheesy

I hope everyone has a great day. It is cloudy here. I don't have anything planned so if it stays cloudy all day, I might just have to take me a nap. My son woke me up this morning. On days we can sleep late, he is up bright and early. On school days, it is so hard to get him up. Go figure!

good news....bad news.....
1. Bad news is it's still raining.....seems as if it's been this way all spring....wife said we might consider building an arc and getting two of each animal if it keeps this up.
2. GOOD NEWS! If you can't do anything outside and all the work is caught up inside, leaves nothing left to do except watch movies, drink coffee, and take a nap (don't usually do this Binger)! Good times ahead!
