A. for me too, but I will admit that if I had to quantify "least", it would be that I only think about Thanksgiving once or twice a week during the winter months! LOL!

I think I probably do think about it more on a regular basis in the spring/early summer because I know we are headed back to the Bers.

Happy Juicy June! Today folks we move along and see that we have 161 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 136 days left until November and 75 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone set to arrive on Sunday. That will be when Summer Arrives. It will be the official arrival of course. It’s Thursday folks so it’s time for our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving. And it stands now at 23 weeks my friends. What a great number as we move along in the count. It’s a great time to be here in this thread as we are nearing the official turn to summer. But of course, most of us have been in summer mode for a few weeks now. The best to you all this Thursday. Happy Thursday! There isn't a Thursday that goes by, across the entire year, that I don't think about Thanksgiving. I'm honestly starting to get excited about this year's Thanksgiving! Especially now that we are going to see Leon Day NEXT WEEK.
“Juicy June” makes me think of a watermelon for some reason. Would you call a watermelon “juicy,” though? I have no idea, but that’s what’s in my brain this morning.

That’s crazy talk if you ask me but I guess it really happened. I never heard of that town but I can’t imagine calling off Thanksgiving for that reason but I guess they were serious about pumpkin pie and since I am not a pumpkin pie fan maybe that’s why I can’t understand canceling over that. I guess if you ran out of turkeys maybe you’d cancel but even that doesn’t seem right to me. I bought a seedless watermelon this week and ate 95% of it myself, in two days! Good stuff.

I love pumpkin pie, but I can’t imagine calling off Thanksgiving rather than just doing without it! There’s plenty of other great stuff! Substitutions can be made!

It’s Saturday folks so time for the 1st half of our Quiet Weekend Period. And I hope it’s a good one for all of you. Today should be mostly quiet while the 2nd half is busier. But having extra time off has kind of combatted any overly busy times. Today I’m focusing on a combination of a little yard work, chores and errands. The Sunday Group is heading for a baseball game which will make for a fun time. Right now, I hope you are all enjoying your Saturday and the start of your weekend, my friends.
