Thanks Minta! I have ordered from a place called Collections ETC and I got the "Early Fall Preview" book a few weeks ago! I was soooo excited.. I can almost smell the Fall air..and its only 65 degrees here today and cloudy so it makes it feel even more like Fall! Bring on the season cheesy!!!!
On Saturday my god-daughter told me that Santa Claus doesn´t exist....she´s six years old....She doesn´t really have any interessts...and is with a babysitter most of the time, because her mom has to work all the time...I feel sad for her...and tried to talk to her mom (my best friend) about this a lot...she´s aware of the problem...but won´t talk to her boss (who is her father) to change it....I mean not that she doesn´t believe in Santa or anything...but that she needs her mom a lot more...hopefully it will change next year...
Im very sorry that your God-Daughter thinks that Santa doesnt exist..especially at such a young age..that breaks my heart.. I know you will fill her in about the magic of Christmas and Santa etc....
Also I hope that she gets to be with her Mom a lot more. I work full time 40 hours a week but I am lucky enough to have my Mom (best lady in the world of course =0) ) to take care of my Son while Im working.

Well summer is defintely here. It is hot out at 86 and it is calling for 90 the next two days. The humidity is high which makes it even worse. I took my mom to the doctor this morning for her pre op appointment. She has surgery on monday to fix two torn tendons in her right foot and they are going to clean out her ankle while they are in there. She will be non weight bearing for six weeks and limited weight for four more weeks. She has had alot of medical issues in the last six years and that has led her to sell her house and move in with me last year so I get to take of her for the next ten weeks. After her appointment we went and rented her a wheelchair and got her medicine filled so we would be ready come monday. Now I just have to rearrange the apartment so a wheelchair and then a walker can get around easily. Not much else going on tonight now. Hope everyone has a great day!!!!

it has been a busy day. I have not been home all day as I had a charter to a horse ranch with a bunch of special needs kids. I wish you could have seen their faces as they got to ride those horses, it was priceless!
We are getting ready to go camping on the July 4th weekend and looking forward to a nice relaxing time.
It is raining here right now, supposed to get a thunderstorm yet tonight. After this it is going to go up again and act more like summer.

Hey Friends! Man, for whatever reason, today I am getting really excited about how close we are getting to Christmas! I know it's still a ways away, but some websites are getting updated, some catalogs are popping up, and this year I found you guys to keep my spirits up and going strong!
Got home from my trip about two hours ago and got my housework done and when I on the web, it seemed alot had gone down so quickly! Well, anyhoo....

Good morning fellas. I hope everyone is alright. All is fine here....I´m just very sad about the recent news from Jemen (kidnapped people....7 Germans, one British, one Korean I think)....three of them were killed.....2 young German women and the Korean woman as well....and the others are still missing.....then there was the election in Iran that was seemingly staged........People are on the streets fighting for their rights, against this false election....and the people in Jemen are demonstrating against those kidnappings, too.....I really hope that things change over there....cos 99,9 percent of the people are good hearted and good-willed people.....just those dumb+++ fundamentalists always change the face of countries......I will pray for the kidnapped people and the people in Jemen and Iran to maybe be able to change something
now that was very serious....I hope I didn´t make anyone sad...but it was on my heart....now to something more positive
