Sunny here and calm. Rain in the forecast however.
We currently stand right at 80 after a scorching high of 99 yesterday!

Our count, to kick off a new week:
Days to the Season: 109
Days to Christmas Day:151
Only 9 days (SINGLE DIGITS) to the 100-Day mark to the Season, after which we will be 99 (DOUBLE DIGITS) away from the Season's begining.
<< Sigh! >> Yet another math lesson needed for overindulgers in coffee. Oh, Well!

Sorry I missed the chat lastnight but we had the computer off due to some bad thunderstorms that rolled through our area. Lights and cable signal kept flickering......oh well hopefully I can catch the next one.

The weekend was nice...watched alot of QVC and Christmas movies, drank lots of coffee, make a turkey dinner and relaxed with the family.

I'm finelly gettting back into my routine after a week at the Methodist Campground. Man, am I glad to be home! I was so mixed up, I didn't even notice July 25th!

Oh, well. There's always next year.

Hope everyone had a good weekend! I turned on QVC Christmas in July. My wife rolled her eyes but I had fun watching it for a bit! Have a great day all!
 
I hope everyone had a great weekend! Glad to see the countdown reach single digits toward the 100 days until the Season's Beginning as well as the passing of July 25th! So exciting on both fronts. We are less than five months away from the big day and much less than four months away from the Season. Great news.

I wanted to attend the chat last night but I was outdoors at a tournament all day and then went to a friend's house for a barbecue. Hopefully there will be another that I can attend sometime soon. For us Canadians, this week marks the countdown to Civic weekend, which means that next Monday is a holiday. Everyone at work is quite excited, and of course, I am too! A three day weekend shall be marvelous. Anyway, have a safe Monday, everyone.
 
I just realized that this post now....is the 3556th post in the thread....we surely make it to 5000 latest by late September.......last year it took us til Christmas Day to do it I think...this place is baning

Hope everyone had a Great Weekend. I had originally planned to be home all weekend and have the family that wasn't going to the nascar race over for lunch yesterday. My sister woke up sick yesterday and decided not to go to the race so she gave me her ticket. So at about 9 am yesterday I had to rush around and get everything packed to go to the race. It was not a very good race and you could see the effect of the economy on ticket sales. There were huge sections of stands empty. I could not belive it. There are always some empty seats but usually the Indianapolis Motor Speedway can get people to show up. This year espically since it was there 100th year anniversary it shocked me. The family still had lunch and saved me and my brother in law leftovers. This morning was spent on a conference call for work where my boss told us she was quitting and introduced us to our new boss who promptly told us that she would probally be quitting here in a couple of weeks. I think there is something going on at the corporate office and it doesn't sound good. If I had to guess we are probally losing our biggest client and are hours are going to plumment again. Well I hope everyone has a Great Day!!!!

Is it posted on here somewhere the pace we must keep to reach 6000 by Christmas? Is that the goal?
 
I hope everyone had a fantastic day!!! Life is great here! Got really warm today (93). Hasn't been that warm in a while, which is very odd this time of year. We are usually around 100 and stay there during this time, but I will take it!

About to run, heading to bed....my 530 am workout was really good this morning and i am tired!!

good morning by the way...it´s a beautifull day here in South-Western Germany.....sun is out and it´s warm....I´lll have my second cup of coffee and

and am sitting on our new couch......tonight we slept in our new bed...(it is a convertible couch from my grandparents...but it´s awesom)

later on Kandice and I will go to our friends and walk to the city and get some ice cream....oh I love summer
