Okay, I have absolutely zero interest in this movie, but I do follow the box office and the midnight shows demonlished records bringing in over $26 million.

So, Who's seen it and let us know how it was?

The only vampire movie I liked was George Hamilton in Love at first bite. LOL, it was funny.

I guess people who read the books are interesting in this new movie. I have no desire to see it.

I LOVE vampire movies - Was a huge vamp nut as a kid. First novel i read in elementary school on my own was Brams Dracula....
But seriously....
Drak Pack 90210.........ummmm yeah.....i have to pass.......

I can't believe New Moon made $72 million Friday, box office record. Wow....behold the power of teenage girls!

Me too!! I'm off to see it next week (thought I'd wait for all the kiddy-winkles to see it first and reduce the queues!)

I'm anticipating superb effects, correct storyline and paperbag acting (as in "She couldn't act her way out of a paperbag"!!)

Still can't wait to see it!!

(ps what was wrong with Adventures in Babysitting??!!)

I saw it last night. Absolutely loved it! Of course, I'm a fan of the series anyway.

Seriously, teenage girls aren't the only ones to blame. There are adults and adult females following and drooling over this movie. (I don't get it, don't want to either.

From what I've seen they're the bulk of the audience, yikes.

I noticed that too! Some of the actors were on various talk shows and the adult women were just as crazy over them as the young girls, lol.

cheesy You're right....according to the below linked article, 80% of the audience was female, but only half was teenaged girls.....scary
