Hello from Long island, New York

Greetings, all. I'm Jim with the Glenn Mohr Chorale, a Choir based out of Floral Park NY. This next month will be pretty big for us, we released a new Christmas album, a video, and we're playing at Westbury Music Fair, a venue that everyone who lives in this area really loves.

Our Chorale director, Glenn Mohr, writes original material, so we perform a mixture of Christmas classics and new stuff. The Chorale has been together for 20 years, and there is actually a documentary being filmed about the group right now. It's a pretty exciting time for us, and the next 4 weeks are going to be very busy. Hopefully I can share some of it here.

Thanks for the welcome, guys. The documentary should be done after the New Year, the Chorale has done some big things this fall and they need to edit a ton of footage. There was a 10 day trip to Rome where the Chorale sang at the Vatican, and a couple of weeks ago we actually sold out Alice Tully Hall in NYC.

There is some video footage already online, I'd post links but I don't want to get banned :-(

Where on Long Island? September and October are my favorite time of year here. The foliage is really beautiful, and no one goes to the beaches but the water is still pretty warm.
