Not as much since we live in Va now. While we did live there though in La. -we went to as many as physically possible each year.
And thats just the tip of the icebirg...that only covers Nawlins (New Orleans). It does not include all the Balls, parties, concerts and parades across the state.

Sounds like you had fun! I have been to "Nawlins" a couple of times but not during Mardi Gras.

Nothing for South Lafourche Parish huh? Im going to my storage on friday to get out my Mardi Gras stuff,My favorite is a Jester I had a lady paint on Cypress wood.I'll be ordering our king cake soon.Where do you buy yours Rod? We get it from Down the Bayou,The Cajun Pecan House.great sweets there.

We always have a Mardi Gras parade here. I'm not sure the time yet. We do a Mardi Gras day in my Pre-K class so they can wear their beads and make masks and all that kind of stuff.
