Good morning, everyone!
I had quite the dream last night. I dreamed that I woke up and went shopping, but the malls were filled with Christmas decorations and Christmas music was playing through the speakers. I could not believe my eyes. I loved it! And, to make everything more interesting, it was still August. Everyone had embraced Christmas more than four months early. What a dream!!
I did not get nearly enough sleep last night. I am hoping that tonight will be a different story. I have a league game tonight and then I hope that I can go to bed around 10. After moving all weekend, I think a long sleep is very much needed.
Both of my bosses have left again for the week. I have a bunch of things to do, hopefully I can get them done by Wednesday. I am going to play at Nationals in Sherbrooke, Quebec on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The fact that I do not have to pay for overnight accommodations and gas convinced me to go. I can make up the working hours throughout this week and next week. Even though I am playing on a lesser team this year and have no chance of winning Nationals, I am excited to play.
Not much else going on. Chances of rain throughout the day. We've had a beautiful summer, so I cannot complain a whole lot about the rain. Nice to see the count dwindling. We are almost half way through the 90s! The mentioning of Halloween and Thanksgiving are coming more often, too. The Halloween candy is beginning to fill the stores... During our move, we had to put away all the Christmas decorations. It only made me more excited to take them out and put them up in November!!
Well, have a great Monday, everyone! It is another work week, but it is another week closer to Christmas! We will get there!! Enjoy your day.
