Have you started to plan your menu yet?

So exciting =0). My Thanksgiving is at my in Laws around 1 o'clock for round 1 and then my parents house around 3 for round too so we get to eat twice..then leftovers of course! So I really dont have a menu to plan but I did find this awesome new desert that I think I will take to my parents for Thanksgiving. It reminds me of an apple pie but it has no apple..just crescent rolls, cream cheese, butter, sugar vanilla and topped with my cresent rolls..sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar...I had it yesterday at my cousins and it is unbelievable! I thought it would taste great warm with vanilla ice cream!

PHEW! What a weekend! With Emma here and then celebrating the boys' birthdays today...it went by sooooooooo quickly!

So...at the birthday celebration I wispered in Emma's ear to tell her Mommy that "Santa Claus is coming to town"...and she said it! Then someone joked and asked if I started decorating for Christmas yet. Ya...they all know me very well cheesy!

When it was time to leave to come home today...Emma did not want me to leave. She was holding onto me for dear life crying, "Don't go, Grammie"! Well...it made me feel good - and broke my heart at the same time. Ya...tears welled up in my eyes. My grand-daughter sure has my heart! We've got such a special bond. She will always be Grammie's little girl!!!

Good morning everyone... It's the dreaded Monday again. I am so tired this morning, got to bed late lastnight and up early this morning. Need to get more coffee!!

I have a short work week this week as I took Friday off so we can get everything ready for our cookout and our sons b-day party. Got alot of food to make. So far the weather is looking preety good for Saturday, praying it stays that way.

I was nice to turn on the TV last night and watch some FOOTBALL!!!!!

Well my Monday work day is over in 1 hour... I am off of work Wednesday and Friday this week so I hope that it goes by fast. Why are weekends so short? haha or why do they go by so fast? I have a busy week finishing up on party stuff for Dylans 1st Birthday party which is Saturday! The weather looks like its going to be very nice, have a nice evening everyone !

We set our family Christmas party place for this year!
We are booking a room in a hotel in my brothers town and it includes use of hot tub and pool. We also are getting a dicounted rate on rooms if we choose to spend the night as well!

Well, they shopped for clothes while Jacob and I walked through the tools section at Sears

For some reason, I'm getting really excited about Halloween. I usually enjoy it, but I'm really excited this year.

I am to. I usually just put a wreath on my front door for Halloween and fall but every time I go to a store that has fall decorations out I keep finding myself drawn to them. I haven't picked anything up yet but I have a feeling that I will be putting more than a wreath out this year.

Well - another Monday is coming to an end!

We are watching our grand-furchild for the next few days while my son and his girlfriend go on a camping trip! Her name is Tazz and she is so loveable and happy! Mercedes and her get a long very well. She lived with us while my Son lived with us a while back - for almost a year.

They are both looking out the windright now. I wonder if they are waiting for Christmas too! Sooooo cute!
