Good Morning, post-storm Friends.
Yes, Hurricane Earl just brushed our coast and reports indicate minimal damage.
As such, the Crowns are heading over there this afternoon and a countdown volunteer will indeed be needed for Saturday through Monday mornings.
Any takers?
Overcast here but no rain predicted. In fact, we didn't even get a sprinkle from Earl here in Raleigh.
Currently, it is just over 73 degrees.

Days to Christmas Day: 113
And you will note we are now UNDER 2 weeks away from that fantastic 100-day Window to Christmas.

Good Morning Everyone!!!! It is a windy and cool day here in central Indy. I don't have much planned for today. I will probably go to hobby lobby and see if they got anything new in. I also need to do some laundry. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY and Stays Safe!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my own with my 2 boys for the first time today. Noel is already 8 days old! Time really flies... it makes me kind of sad because I know this is our last baby and it just goes so quickly!
I'm considering taking the boys out to First Friday tonight (it is Friday, right? lol!). If my sister will come with me, I will venture out! We're only about a block from Main Street so it's a short distance... we'll see!
Cooler weather this weekend - and fall decor goes up tomorrow, yahooooo!!!! Hope you are all enjoying your Friday!!

Time does go by quickly. It seems like just a couple of weeks ago, I bought my 4 year old home from the hospital.

We've missed you too! We have a long weekend this weekend up here in Canada too! YAY! We are supposed to go home at 3:00, but alas...I don't think I will be able to as I've got to get the accounting matters wrapped up before I leave. That's okay - because Monday I won't have to do any work!

There are a bunch of musicians that play on the corners, the different restaurants and shops sometimes set up little stands outside, events for kids, etc.. it's pretty neat! When we lived in the city, the galleries opened on the first Friday of every month and had wine/cheese/etc available and people could go browse.. It was so nice! It's nice that our town is making an effort, too!

Oh my...I cannot get over just how tired I feel! I mean, I normally feel exhausted on Friday nights - but tonight I am completely and utterly WORN OUT!
Nope...not feeling very bouncy tonight, that's for sure!
Within the next year - we are moving closer to the City (Toronto) so that my days are not so long (I wake up at 3:50am and get home at night between 6:00pm and 7:00pm). Maybe that way I will have some energy left!
Besides...moving closer to the city will get us closer to my family - and that means EVERYTHING to me!!!
Well...I think I may be calling it an early night - so I will wish you a good and merry evening, Christmas friends!
