I did sleep well even though LC woke up at 6AM, probably could have slept another hour or two, and he is Mr. Crankypants today.

Good morning everyone....Today marks the last day of our great yearly fair "The Backfischfest"....it will end with a big fire works at 9pm....yup....I luv it....it´s now dark at 9pm....during summer it doesn´t get til 10 over here.

ChristmasHeart, I am glad you enjoyed the video of the Christmas Store we went to. We did go last year in November but it was so crowded we could barely walk through it. It would have been difficult to get a good video then. Of course the Halloween section was pretty much cleared out by then and it was nice to see all the stuff yesterday! It is located near the Dallas Cowboys stadium and when we went to the Cowboys game last year I saw a billboard for it. It has been around for awhile and I didn't know it. I looked it up and we went. So glad we found it! It takes about 30 minutes to get there so not too bad. We have 2 year round Christmas stores nearby but the other one is not as big as the one we went to yesterday.

Made, I thought of you when I saw those Santa's at that store yesterday. They really have some nice ones and I wish I would have got more close ups of them in my video. I will try to do that next time! cheesy

Oh yes...I really enjoyed it! All those Christmas trees and decorations - and the song choice was perfect!

I must check out and see if Toronto has an all-year Christmas store. If so...I'm going!

It was another cool morning here with a temp of 56 when I woke up. We are currently up to 70 on our way to a high of 76 degrees. I don't have much planned for today. My neighbor wants me to help go through some of his wife's christmas decorations and help him figure out what is the good stuff and what is the cheap stuff. Then this evening I will probably turn on the nascar race until the telethon comes on. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was another cool morning here with a temp of 56 when I woke up. We are currently up to 70 on our way to a high of 76 degrees.

Oh yes! Another beautifully cool morning here too! When I woke up - it was 50F, and its supposed to go up to 66F! Ahhhhh...Autumn! More and more trees are getting colourful!

I actually had to put on a sweater and jean jacket when I went grocery shopping! This weather sure puts a spring in my step!

I am soooo glad that we are finally having some cool weather around these parts. Being able to sit on my front porch with a cup of hot tea first thing in the morning is just delicious! And I am super excited about the Christmas card exchange this year. I know it probably sounds corny but I love sending and receiving Christmas cards in the mail and I think I'm the only person I know that does so I can't wait!! Have a great day everyone!!

It's been awhile!

Hey everybody Im back! Great to see you all again. Only 110 days left you guys. Lets see 2010 and has been a real trying year for me so far but I think I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnell. Like the saying goes "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger!" So I'm still here still kicking and I'm happy to reconnect w/my MMC family. Lets start our countdown to the holiday season.

I don't know exactly how long its been but I havent poped in in a while. Was happy to see the countdown. Fall is almost here and Christmas is just around the corner

Today has been the most EXCELLENT DAY !! I finally got around to getting my Fall stuff out. The Mantle is now adorned with all my Halloween figures as well as the Christmas garland that is there 24/7 !!!! I hope everyone has a nice Holiday tomorrow - I will be working.

Well...I'm wishing you all a merry night early tonight! Hubby and I are going to settle in a watch a movie.

It was a fun day today! I went grocery shopping this morning (which is always enjoyable for me). This afternoon we went to different places - which we always enjoy doing together.

Oh...and I made a nice, big pot of stew today!

The poo-poo thing is our computer died today. Thankfully we have this laptop that we can use until we get a new computer.

Hmmmm...I wonder what would happen if I didn't get my MMC "fix". Nope...I don't even want to know! Hahaha!
