This will probably be my last post until Saturday night. Bad news.

I'm going on a weekend hunting trip with my Dad. Good news.

Hope to see yall in the morning, if not, then I will think of you while I'm on my way drinking coffee.

Auntie, O'Mailey sure has been on a streak lately. You think he may be getting some advice from Carl the Camel? I'm convinced that camel is always up to no good.

My former brother in law used to go hunting and we always enjoyed the benefits with lots of fresh moose and deer in the freezer ( I sure miss that!)

Anothe friday means another week closer to Xmas Eve!!

7 Weeks now!!

Can believe we are under 50 days already.
Labour Day seems just like yesterday and Nov seemed so far away at the time.

Now the Xmas Season is a measily 10 days away!!
WoW!!

And to top it off, I had to had a grocery store that was open late last night to pick up some items for lunch at work today and low and behold, they had Eggnogg!!

Of course, I picked up a pint so I will be toasting the season a little early this weekend with a glass.

Next friday, the tree arrives at Rockerfeller too. Just another reminder that it's all just around the corner.

Hi guys!!!! How has everyone been? Haven't gotten to post much because my little Noel hasn't been napping so well... oh well! He's cute so I don't mind!

No big plans today... I reeeeally want to put up some Christmas stuff (Jude has a tiny tree in his room already!) but I don't think the hubby would let me yet! Maybe in a week or so. Supposed to be a nice day in the mid 50s so we'll take a nice long walk later... and maybe head to Target to see if I can get any fall decor for cheap!

Well, I did make it here this morning. I'm going to drink a cup of coffee before I get up and going and check out what is going on at our Christmas community. Over the next couple of weeks, I've got several things going on but my Christmas stuff is about to jump to the front of the to-do list. Next weekend, the wife and I are going to check out the mall and see all the decorations. I think we will also do some major shopping! However, there is a chance we might be moving into our house next weeekend.

Either way, we win! Yay us!

Good morning,

It is raining here for the second straight day, but I have Music Choice on so that makes it okay. JP is home from school sick today. 3 weeks from today is Black Friday, it is amazing how fast everything is moving right now, All I know I am looking forward to Thanksgiving and the meal and parade, unfortunately football doesn't seem to matter that much to me with my Bengals still not playing well, oh well, at least my Bruins are looking very good in hockey so far.

I called the Galleria Mall the other day to ask about their Christmas performances they have every year the day after Thanksgiving. The lady I spoke with said that they will start setting up the Christmas Tree Sunday night and it will be finished by Wednesday. It is the largest indoor Christmas Tree in the United States and is sitting right in the middle of the ice rink. I am so excited!

Here are some pictures we took last year. It is breathtaking! Where the tree sits in the mall is 4 stories tall. Santa ice skates in the performance and it's a blast to watch!

Days to Thanksgiving Day: 20 (Under 3 weeks, now!)
Days until the special post series begins: 3 (Less than half a week off!)
Hey! The closeness of all these markers is making me claustrophobic!

The newspaper says 70% chance of rain but Weather.com says only 10%. Think I'll go with the latter.

The little lady and I are going out for our anniversary tonight. It's actually a couple weeks early, but our daughter was born on our anniversary, so we never get to go out on that night. 15 years, and she's still as pretty as the day I met her!
