my hubby is in new york at the minute, he is over there for work but will be back on monday, i'm so jealous! new york to england is a long way away, so i'm spending my time drinking mulled wine and watching christmas movies. what else is a girl to do?!

nice day ahead tomorrow, shopping for christmas decorations and stopping off for a starbucks christmas coffee - perfect!

My tree is up and done. Outside lights still need done (dunno if I am going to do them this year or not). I may not have too much time to do anything in December. I GOT JOB. I went to orientation today and got online earlier and they had a job posted for me. So yea 430AM wakeup call. Be at the school at 635-45 and in a classroom by 7am and off at 245pm. Wish me luck please. THese are middle schoolers. LOL

Hubby texted me a little while ago and said he wants to start bringing the Christmas decorations down from the attic tonight so we can test them and get everything ready for next weekend when we decorate. So I see and evening of Christmas Music, hot chocolate for some....coffee for others (ME) and Christmas lights all around! Oh yeah can't forget about enjoying the candy canes that I bought last night! Looking forward to tonight! :yahoo:

I know how hard it is to see your furry family member suffer. You will not be a murderer if you have to end her life. If she is miserable and the quality of life is not good, it's the best decision. I understand it's VERY difficult to make that decision! I will be praying for you and Punkin.

Just 3 more real selling days for frozen turkeys, I am so ready to be done with them at this point.

My brother in law agrees with you!!!!!! He has had back problems for the last 6 years and this morning my sister had to go get him from work after he hurt it moving some turkeys around.

Day 2 of the move begins this afternoon at 3:30. The touchups where not done by the previous owner yet and they were supposed to be. Hopefully, they get done today because the carpenter who is doing them said he will be off all week next week. This has the potential to be disastrous!

I hope he gets them done today so you can get moved in this weekend!!!!!!

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

Today is the girlie 10th birthday party for my daughter. She and her friends are going to a local salon to have their hair and nails done, then back to my mother-in-law's restaurant for a catered dinner. She can't wait!

Tomorrow, we're having the family over for grilled burgers at lunch, then birthday cake. Lotsa fun!

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!!!!!!! Not much going on here today. I met a few friends for lunch and then I stopped by the mall to get my aunt a birthday card. It was kind of depressing to see that they don't even bother decorating the inside of the mall anymore. Now that I am home I plan on watching some of the nascar coverage since it is the last race wekend of the year. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's a shame. Our mall is decorated but not like they used too. They did a lot of remodeling in th past couple years so I am sure that had some affect on their decorating plans.

I still need to upload tree pics but all my other pics are in one of my albums. It is labeled Christmas Deco 2010. I will be putting up the other pics this weekend. Just stopped in for a few today to see what was going on. Heading out to work shortly. AHHHHHHH I am now a working member of society. I hope this coffee kicks in soon because I am going to be a mess if it doesn't. LOL

Ahhh! The last of my parent conferences is over, it is drizzling outside, I am finally home, and I have a hot cup of cinnamon hazlenut coffee. AND I have a week off next week. Then it's three more weeks of fun and educational Christmas stuff to do with the kids. Plus, I will start wearing my Christmas clothes and use my (four) Christmas lanyards when we go back to school after Thanksgiving!
