Wife already cooked supper....spaghetti for us! Yummy!

can you all keep my dear, precious, beloved 91 year old grandmother in your thoughts today?

she has been taken to hospital suddenly, vomiting blood and she is deeply confused. our doctor has said their is nothing she can do and that my grandmother needs hospital care.

to be honest, i'm not shocked, i think we all knew that this was coming. i just hope and pray that she is comfortable and that they can magically make her better

my mother and cousin are at the hospital with her and i am waiting for an update. if you could keep her in your thoughts i would be so grateful

I am in a great mood after what my beloved Red Sox have been able to do so far this offseason, but at the same time I know it is bad for baseball, because they are becoming just as bad as the Yankees for baseball. I have a long shift this afternoon, but only 12 more working days 'til Christmas. My wife is going shopping for me today, I wonder what she will get me for Christmas.

Hi everyone!!! I am sooo excited - after my husband's BRAND NEW cell phone got stolen a week ago, we received the replacement through insurance yesterday (had to pay a good amount of money, but what can ya do?)
ANYWAY - today, I got a HUGE surprise - a new LAPTOP!!!!! Google is testing out new netbooks and I signed up to receive a free Google Chrome sticker last week and they picked me to get a free computer!!

This is great! We only had a desktop prior so I am loving lounging in bed on the computer!!

Just got home and ate my dinner from Wendy's, relaxing watching the recording of the Bruins game before bed, my wife bought these Blue Spruce scented things that hang in the tree, they smell great just like a real tree, so I am really enjoying the piney smell.

the south of germany had warmer weather...plus lots of rainn and new snow as well.....now the river that is right beside my place....is only about 30cm before flooding...forecast says that it will sink again before swapping over so things are not looking so bad....but I still think a prayer would help

Good morning all... We took the kids to Hershey Park last weekend. It was great.. got some good pictures. Will have to get them posted soon.
My dad is still in the hospital, we are waiting to find out when he will have his triple by-pass.

oh that sounds great! good they turned out well! hope your dad will be strong enough to have his by-pass soon! hope he is getting better!

GOOOOD morning every one!

A little update on the house: we taken an option to have them build it for us, but my father in law wants ALL the financial details before we make (a well reasoned) decission... and the person who is actually in charge of selling these houses told us she'd be on vacation till the 6th of december, but she still has not returned, so we are dealing with this ill-informed person, which is annoying in decissions as important as these... but they are actually not allowed to sell the house to any one else as long as we have an option so that's really exciting..

some days i worry about the summer to come, about an other whole year, but in buying a house you just can't be impatient, so that's a bad advisor this is really the house we want, we can't just go and buy a sloppier house, just because we want to move now

poor Kandice is still sick...but now it seems to be getting better.......I put her to bed at 7pm yesterday.......at 9:30 she woke up, crying and crying and crying.....coughing...and she had a fever........we took her to the er......she is doing much better now....still a lil fever and coughin, but she slept through thhe entire night and that is worth a lot

Talk about feeling like a mess....I feel awful. I haven't slept a whole night all week. I will wake up around 2 or 3 and stay awake for a couple of hours. Quite frustrating. Throat hurts, head hurts.....ugh! But hey, it is Friday! Things aren't so bad because of that. There is always a bright side to everything.

Hopefully, I will get to feeling better because I would really like to go Christmas shopping tonight. We will see. With us still having work next week, I might just have to stay home and rest. That would probably be better. Can you believe we just have two weekends left until Christmas? Unbelievable.

Well, I better go. Time for one more cup of coffee and then I'm going to head to work. See yall later.
