Hiii every one :)
I am not entirely great... stress is getting to me, my head hurts a lot. i dislike being alone all the time.. my mum wanted to come by today, and even though i really felt like, i panicked and told her not to, because i counted the days till the exam (6 study days till translating Chinese newspapers and 8 till Classical Chinese) and i blocked... Luckily my boyfriend doesn't have a long day today, so will come home with dinner!

Hope all of you are great, feel merry, cheerful and christmassy day :) Only 10 more to go :D
 
Good Morning MMC !

going to busy today for me. In class all day and then supposed to leave for skid school in Michigan but that will depend on the roads. Highway 402 is still closed this morning from London to the blue water bridge in Sarina.(the road we have to take)

Good morning, Christmas friends. There will be a minimum day at school today with a meeting for teachers in the afternoon after the kiddos leave. I went shopping yesterday to buy things for the Christmas party on Thursday. Thursday is a full day, and Friday will be a minimum day as a kickoff to the Christmas vacation. I will be more excited next week when I am home all day. Well, I smell waffles--my husband has a great waffle maker. It's like the one that many hotels now have. We looked for pumpkin eggnog but could only find vanilla spice eggnog. That's a new one for us this year. I hope everyone has a great Christmassy day! If you have snow where you are, enjoy some for me!

Not much to report today. It's still cold (28°) and overcast. If it'd rain, we would get some snow. Wouldn't that be something; snow two years in a row! Unheard of down here.

The way Raleigh reacts to just one inch, I think they would close the city if we ever got anything like you have!

It's so cold I haven't been able to empty our rain gague for a week, the water in it is frozen solid.
It was 22 degrees when I first looked 2 hours ago and it's only up to 23 as I type this. Frozen precip predicted for tonight and tomorrow.
BRRRRR!

OK. Shispering Pines day. The next-to-the-last one until Christmas.
No doubt Carl is planning something big for next Wednesday. Heaven only knows what.

We have had another 1 foot of snow dumped on us last night. The piles are so high on the lawns we have NO place to put the snow but out on the road!
 
Yes my cell survived. But I have off the rest of the year- lol until january 2011 that is. THey are saying we might get some of the white stuff here soon. Uh I really do not want it. I have my reasons this year.
My sister sent us an early gift and told me I had to open it. IT was a red,silver, and black teakettle. I washed it up and used it right then and there. My other one is gunna become a watering can for my plants, it leaks so yea cant really use it for tea anymore, though I will miss it.

In the 20's here this morning and when I woke up I thought I heard coffee perking but it wasn't coffee perking...............it was Mr. HJ on the couch snoring. I about died because poor Peanut was sitting on the coffeetable looking at him like he was about to take off, it was that bad. SOunded like a cross between a plane starting up and a bear hibernating.
 
Hi all,

Hard to believe under 10 days to Xmas Eve!!
Been crazy busy with our office move this past weekend + other events friday then work Sat during the day another event Sat night.
I'm liking these 4 day work weeks though.
Off again this friday for a 6hr road trip for the 1st Xmas celebration of this year with the inlaws.

Then it's the week leading up to Xmas Eve, can't believe how fast it's all coming.

I posted some new Xmas photos in my profile.

yes, I discovered that when I got to London this morning! My class at school was cancelled, but I will still be leaving for skid school this afternoon...I hope.

Also they are calling for more snow today and tonight. Be careful on the roads. Everyone drives like a maniac when it snows!

I won't be doing the driving down to Michigan, but you are right, some people think they can drive in this stuff the same as if the roads where bare and dry!

Good morning,

I spent my morning fixing the tree and completing the room and I can say it is done now, and I have been hunting the kittens down with a spray bottle every time they get near the tree now. LC thinks it is the funniest thing when I give them a squirt of water.
