Good Football Playoff Morning, Fans of the Gridiron (and Christmas, of course!)

Let's get straight to the count this fine January AM:
Days to the Season: 294
Days to Christmas Day: 336
Under 3 weeks now until the 1/4 Milestone to the Season.

If cold can hurt, I'm saying "ouch!"
It just keeps getting chillier and chillier here in Raleigh where we started out this morning below 20 degrees. With luck, we might reach the low 40's by this afternoon.
At least there is lots of sun and no wind.

Well, I will be pulling for my Packers this afternoon.
Don't have as strong a feeling about the Steeler/Jets game but lean towards the Steelers. Was never a Jets fan after "Broadway Joe" started playing with them those many years ago.

Our friend isn't coming over today after all, so I should have time to check in more than once and help pad the post count.
 
G'Morning Friends, The weather outside is frightful, A whopping 9 degrees. The mood ,and atmosphere in Western Pa, however, is nothing less then Electric as we countdown the hours until the big game tonight. Everywhere you go it is a virtual sea of black and gold!

Went out to my car this morning to go to church, and found that my car battery is dead !! Working on that as we speak. Note to self" turn off car lights "

Our expected HIGH today is 19 ... lows tonight are expected to be below zero, with winds chills 10 to 15 below, and even colder tomorrow night. Followed by another winter storm. "Ouch!" is right! It's a lot colder than usual here. We'd love to have your low 40s, Crown! :cold:
 
Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!! We are expecting snow here for the next 3 days. Luckily they are not calling for much accumulation. I am being lazy today and skipping church. My plan is to put some cheese dip in the crock pot and to break out the deep fryer to make some cheese sticks and french fries. Then it will be time to kick back and watch some football. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I took some classes at Stanford. Went through Palo Alto where the gorgeous houses are. I've only been through Oakland, but I haven't really visited there.

Good Sunday morning, Christmas friends. It's a little chilly here in northern California, but it's nothing like what a lot of you are experiencing. I am making split pea and ham soup for the day, and we will have that along with cornbread. I will probably make some snacks to have during the games. I hope everyone has a great day.
 
Brad, I haven't heard from him....I figure he is working hard on his studies. I'm sure he will reappear soon.

Afternoon all! It's a sunny day here but very cold! William is just down for a nap. I'm making something to eat and watching tv. Hope everyone has had a merry weekend!
