Congrats!!!!!! My aunt moved into her house 6 years ago and still has boxes in her garage that she hasn't unpacked. cheesy

I must say, the NCAA tournament is killing me this year! With Kansas now out, no one in my pool has the winner picked, but I still have no chance of winning since another guy picked more games right than me in the earlier rounds. I should still come in second or third, I think...but that still means no cash prize. Oh well. I'm rooting like crazy for Kentucky to beat UNC (sorry Tarheels fans, I mean no offense to you personally!), and from there...it doesn't really matter to me who goes to the final. I would love to see VCU there (just so the sportscasters who were so nasty to them, saying they didn't belong in the tourney, can eat their words) against UConn.

And just to add my two cents in on the stuff about American Idol (I'm not sure how this thread started, haven't yet had time to go back and read, but it seems someone bashed someone else's love of Lambert?)...I loved Adam Lambert at first on his season, but as the season went on, I loved Kris Allen more and really rooted for him at the end. I don't understand people's hate and stuff though...while I get passionate about everything from tv shows to sports to shopping, I will never bash someone else's opinion. Everyone is allowed their own thoughts, and that's what makes us different. If we all thought the same way, we'd be a boring bunch of people! Plus it makes for great debating, which is something I love. =) As for this year's AI, this is really the first year that I don't have an overwhelming favorite coming into the top 10 show. While I do like some of the contestants (Pia, James, Paul a little bit), I don't really have an overwhelming favorite. And I also don't dislike anyone a lot, which is weird for me. They're all very good, I think.

Good evening,

Long day at work today, I was running the inventory and finished a little after 6pm. Watching the Bruins game right now, relaxing, I have the next 2 days off because of working a long shift today. We finalized our Easter plans, and we are not hosting this year, phew, we are partied out after doing Christmas eve, birthdays, and so on. I hope everyone had a great Sunday.

Are there still Christmas chats on the last Sunday of the every month?

A nice Sunday. Met a friend for lunch, went to the Dairy Queen for dessert (just opened for the season this weekend), went to our house for some rare movies, and now there's time for a little relaxation before bedtime. I hope everyone's Sunday was as nice as ours.

Good Evening Everyone!!!!!! It has been a fun day here in central Indy. Church was good this morning and then it was time for a afternoon of racing. My neighbor came over for awhile to watch the IRL race with me and we had lots of fun talking about the butler game yesterday. Now it is time to kick back and read the paper. I hope everyone had a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love it! Seems that every time someone mentions Christmas mid-year, people groan. I get excited!

I am doing Couch to 5k program. Have you ever heard of it? I should be able to run 5k in 9 weeks but I am behind schedule because I have been sick 3 times during the 9 weeks. I haven't given up yet and will make my goal one way or another.

I also do yoga and lift weights. Not trying to bulk up, just strength training.

Well, spring break is over in about 20 minutes (when I get in bed). It was good while it lasted, but I am ready to go back to school. I miss the kids and I miss working. I really do enjoy working!

Spent some time doing Christmas related activities. Just more or less trying to do some planning and looking for some dates. I really enjoy doing that.

I'm off to bed friends! Here's to hoping we have a great Monday and an even better week!

Don't offer this to a superstitious Scottish person - peacocks (picture, feather, whatever) in the house are considered extremely unlucky!!

Where are you discovering stuff and what are you hoping to find??? I usually come across all sorts of wonders when I clean out my closets and generally things I've lost years ago!!!
