Good evening, everyone. We are having chili rellenos casserole tonight for Lent. It is almost finished. It will be served with refried beans and Spanish rice. I hope everyone has a great evening!!!

On another note, hubby and I were concerned about my fall in the classroom, but we found out today, through sonogram, that everything is okay with baby and me.

When are you coming to see us again? I'm taking Mom & DD to Sevierville next week for a couple of shopping days for DD's summer clothes. I can't wait! I don't know if we'll make it to The Incredible Christmas Place or not. I'd love to eat at The Partridge & Pear, but it's a bit expensive, I think.

I'm on vacation in about 20 minutes! A busy week next week & I'm tired already just thinking about it.

Long day today, back to work tomorrow morning. I hurt my heel 3 days ago, I can't put any weight on it, I may have to have it checked out next week. Funny thing is I have no clue what I did to it.

That would be a good idea! It looks like little sesame seeds for eyes. I think mini chocolate chips would be better, if they are not too big.
