Where in VA Beach did they stay? Every time I go there, I stay at 19 Atlantic and I've never had a problem. I recommend it to anyone I know who wants to go to VA Beach. Still tho, I'd've freaked out at a cockroach in my room...I used to go insane when I found them at my old apartment in GA!



You've gotta live near me then...I live in PA just up I-83. We always go into Baltimore and take the light rail down almost every time.

I love my computer and my Nook, but I still love books. It is a lot cheaper to use books, and, like yousaid, Made, I think the Ipads would not hold up under that much use. I would also wonder about website control because the Ipad is contected to the internet and not to a school's server. Our school is supposed to get an Ipad cart with 35 Ipads, but the logistics of sharing those Ipads with 570 students doesn't sound too doable. Now, if each student had to buy his or her own Ipad, that might make a difference.

Coach, Seawaters, and anyone else who wants to chime in. I just read in the newspaper that one of our local school districts is getting rid of all their textbooks next year. Instead they are going to give each kid an Ipad. I think it is a pretty cool idea but I wonder how well the Ipads will hold up to that kind of use and abuse. So what does everyone else think?

Ok so I think I told you guys I spend $100 at Yankee Candle.com the other day.. mainly on Christmas gifts and Christmas in July gifts for the ladies I work with... well I just bought myself a pair of snoopy Christmas PJ's from JCPenny.com..they were only $13 (regular $42).. and also 2 Christmas rugs $12 (regular $40) ... I cant stop Christmas shopping in June LOL. I cant wait to see my PJ's.. I love Snoopy/Charlie Brown Christmas and I do not have a pair of Christmas PJ's ( I always buy my Boys a new pair each year).. my Yankee Candle stuff is suppose to be delivered today.. Im so excited !!!!!! Can you tell Im in the Christmas spirit HO HO HO
Now Hubby might not be too happy me spending all this money haha

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!!!! It is hot here in central Indy and it looks like it is going to stay that way for awhile. After last year I was hoping for temps to stay close to average this year but so far we have been either 10 degrees above average or 10 degrees below average. I can handle the below average but the above average is killing me. It looks like we can expect the full schedule for Christmas in July on QVC by the end of next week. They are showing up to July 14th now. Shopnbc is also starting to release their July schedule so we should know about their CIJ shows before long. HSN is lagging behind and only has through the end of next week up. I don't have much to do today. I am thinking about running into Hobby Lobby to see if they have any christmas related stuff in yet. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Afternoon, Chistmas Family !

Oy -Veh ! What a night I had last night.

I went to get on at10:30 to start my shift a little early. I am accustomed to doing this. Not last night. Could not connect to the internet (I hear ya Binger !!) . I did the thing of turning off the computer, unplugging the modem, unplugging the router. NOTHING WAS WORKING. All this while time was passing. I finally gave up and called the cable company and went through a tech telling me to unplug this, plug in this, etc. etc. THEN I FINALLY got on at 11:02 - Late by 2 minutes !!

THEN I got some stupid doctor who I SWEAR said his name was
Dr. Garbanzo Bean !!!!! Good grief !!! AND it was an 8 minute report which is lengthy. By the time I got it done it was near midnight and I had time to get one more done before midnight (I normally get 5 or 6 reports done BEFORE midnight and it helps with the day's line count).

By the time I finished with Garbanzo Bean, I was a nervous wreck !!

Then I got him AGAIN !!!!!

Oy !

Anyway, I made it through.

I hope all are doing well.

Meceka - Tell your ex BF I have a surprise for him - I will perform surgery and he will then have a place singing soprano in the Norman Luboff Choir !!

They are brand new so they probablly won't show until right before CIJ. I got the info from the temp-tations website. I just shared a picture to my facebook page that Tara had posted awhile ago with the polka dot mug, the purse cookie jar, and a rooster with measuring spoons that is done in the snowflake pattern.
