Well, the birthday party went GREAT today. It was a little chaotic with trying to help 10 four year olds with bowling, but it was a lot of fun.

I've been spending the evening on pinterest since getting home and can't wait to play with it some more! I am pretty sure that any time that I was not already wasting on the computer will now be officially wasted. If anyone else is on there, I'd love to follow you - just send me a link for your page!

I have to go to the store here in a bit - mostly to do some returning, but also to pick up some jello. DH has colonoscopy and endoscopy on Tuesday, so tomorrow he can only have jello and clear liquid fluids. Poor guy! I need to plan something special for dinner on Tuesday when he can finally eat again. Any suggestions?

I'll be getting ready this week to start the Houseworks Holiday Plan. Man my house REALLY needs the work. Is anyone else doing a holiday prep plan this year? I could use a buddy to keep me on track.

WOW that sounds like a lot to keep up 10 four year old's!!! Hope all goes well with your husband, I know my husband loves stake, we don't have it often so every so often I treat him to that, and it is good on the grill.

Yes, you're right---there's certainly something about that ballpark. As insanely expensive as it is, we usually take in at least one game there during the season.

OK, OK, I will admit, I love Fenway Park, the history, the way it is set up. It has character, which I feel is lacking at the new Yankee Stadium, it's nice and all, but, I don't know... Ah, I should get over it right. And you are right about insanely expensive now, OMG, I went to get tickets for my husbands birthday for two - good seats I am not talking ground level of great seats, it would have been $500 - I couldn't do it - if we want to go now we wait until the last minute or by bleacher seats. It is sad how much money it is.

I love friendly rivalry. You can pick on us Cowboy fans anytime! My son in law go back and forth on his Patriots and my Cowboys. He is the one that took us to the game last night and cheered on the Chargers just to give me a hard time. It was fun! =)

Like I said "friendly". I knew one guy who doesn't know how to have fun with being rivals. He just became downright rude and nasty and took all the fun out of it. Geeeeeeeez! It's just football!

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

I worked all day Saturday at my father-in-law's store for him, then came home to help Nancy babysit two of our great nephews...phew is right! That's more work than I remember it being! Anyway, it was fun, especially making the toddler laugh with my funny faces.

Sunday afternoon we went to mom's for lunch, then I helped my brother fix mom's golf cart and my son's 4-wheeler. My little bro is a whiz with a wrench. We always say, "f he can't fix it, it ain't broke!" Then we went home, caught up on the kids' homework and jumped in the pool.

We ordered P'zones from Pizza Hut. They were pretty good, and only $5 each?! I'll be trying that again!

Hey Guys/gals! I love reading up here when I can...I must say I am having a really really bad day..I know we all have em, and usually I can take it in stride but some things are really getting to me over here. I at least can come here and read up and get feeling better about things in no time though. I hope all of you are having a great weekend! I have 5 weeks until I get home 34 days but who is counting? take care and talk to you all soon!

At church yesterday when asked if there was anyone you wanted to send a blessing to - I thought of you and hoped for your safe return to you family. Don't lose heart we do all have days like the one you had, but we are all praying and thinking about you. Be well and be safe.

It's amazing! It's the 3rd time I been there, once for Paul McCartney and twice for the Cowboys. You walk in and it's like "WOW"! They really did a nice job building it. As many people that attend there I am amazed how friendly the entire staff is. I don't remember the staff being that friendly at the old stadium. No one was rude at the old one, it's just at this stadium everyone you go to for food, scanning tickets, security, parking attendants, etc. they all ask how your doing and follow up with, "enjoy the game"! Even the police officers who patrol the area speak to you and are friendly.

That is so cool. You know you wrote last week you were going to the game and I never put it together, silly me I could have scanned the crowd for you!!! That is so nice to read. We are going to Giants Stadium this year - I know, I know - but to a Giant Fan it will ALWAYS be Giant Stadium I don't care what they call it (tee hee) It will be my 1st time at the new one I cannot wait!!!

here is my current view as I sit on the deck at my sisters place in Vermont. After last nights storm that knocked out the power for several hours it is nice to be out here enjoying the nice weather!

Yeah I have liked football as far back as I can remember and on Sundays I think I get more crazy then my husband I yell at the TV - I get so mad at Eli, oh so mad!!!! You should have heard me during the Superbowl - I almost - no I did cry when they won, I was so nervous and I cannot believe they did not re-sign Plex and let him go to the Jets - I watched a little of that game, and had had 3 catches I think by half time. Those yucky Jets, but really I do not mind the Jets of course that all changes when they play each other - which I think they are doing on Christmas Eve, now that is a dielema what am I to do, OMG that you for my DVR - tee hee...
