I still have a sore throat but should be over this real soon.

Hubby and I went to his cousin's place in Chico for lunch. It was really a lot of fun. In addition to great homemade deli sandwiches, we had fresh salad, potato salad, salsa, chips, fresh fruit, and the best sweet cherry tomatoes. I just could not stop eating those tomatoes! It was my SIL's 30th anniversary, and they came up from Madera for the weekend. Tomorrow I am making chicken in the crockpot, with plans to make homemade chicken noodle soup with the leftovers for Tuesday. Hope everyone has a great evening!

Well it looks like we have to wait until Tuesday for the race and the weather isn't even looking to good then. Then it arrives in richmond just in time for next saturday night.:-?

Our "cold" front has hit (yes, that is what the weather guy said), the high will be 92 today! Actually I am THRILLED! The highs have remained over 100 for too long. The rest of the week will be in the 80's! Yessssssss!

I still have a sore throat but should be over this real soon.
