Well it is a beautiful Friday here. Woke up it was 48 degrees, burrrr right now it is warming nicely we are at 63, YAY!!! I leave for vacation tomorrow, I cannot wait, so I may not be on a lot next week or at all really. My husband, my baby (the dog Snickers), and I are going to Maine!!! I just cannot wait!!!
I order these NY Giant snow-globe tree ornaments, they look really cute and they are small too, there are 3 of them, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive so I will let you know when they come in how they really look.

Obviously I didn't read all the posts first, but I am glad to hear you're feeling a little better - but not to scare you, but this can sometimes happen, especially if your pain - if you are - please get it checked out. You always want to be sure!

Good afternoon, MMC! Hope everyone is having a great day! 100 days to go! So exciting!!! We have a busy day at my house today. My daughter has a Ped's appt. in a little over an hour, then we have some last minute shopping to do for the party tomorrow. When I get home, I have some baking to do. Tomorrow will be the very busy day however. I love it though. Wouldn't change my life at all. Hope everyone has a great day. :grin:
I awoke this morning to an extremely chilly 46F. Are we sure that Christmas is 100 Days away? Because with that temperature, it feels like it could be 50 days away!
Anyway, Happy 100 Days to the Christmas Season, everyone! Aside from the temperature, it's hard to believe we're so close! I wish the stores were so close, too! I spoke with my mom this morning - she is a manager at Zellers (for the non-Canadians, Zellers was recently purchased by Target and will be converting into Targets within the next three years) - and she said that they haven't gotten anything Christmas in yet. I guess we'll have to wait a couple more weeks.
It will be great to see the count in double digits tomorrow! As the temperature decreases, so does the count. I guess I can take that trade off! As I look outside, I see a few more trees changing colour. I'll have to head up to the rooftop patio soon and snap some beautiful fall photos!
Not much else to say right now. I hope everyone has a wonderful Milestone Friday! Only half a work day left until the weekend!

We had a videographer for our wedding also, if your lucky you will catch your future husband say something out of nervousness, like what happened to me, and and it will be forever preserved on DVD for generations of ridicule. To this day, almost 10 years, my wife will not let me forget what I said. Which I didn't think was to bad. Hey, I was nervous. cheesy
All I said was "Let's get this over with and get to Disney World" while I was being interviewed by the videographer in my last few moments as a bachelor.

I just got done working for the day & I'm getting ready to ice the cut out sugar cookies I made last night, I turned on Christmas music, & lit a candle! It's chilly outside, just turned on the furnace! Oh what a day! The cookies are not Chrsitmas (they are OSU Buckeye cookies) but I can pretend!! :lol:

Hi MMC! Hope everyone had a great day! Elexis had a wonderful birthday. As we were on the topic of potty training the other day, we are trying to potty train her as well. She went 3 times today and when she does, she gets sooo excited and I'm so proud of her as well. It was to cute also tonight when I said her, "You're two now!" and she responded back, "No, I'm Lexi." Kids just melt you're heart, don't they?! Well, I'm going to head to bed. My husband and I have a lot to do tomorrow. We're having a birthday party for her Saturday/party for Dylan - we're also bapatizing him Saturday as well. It will be such a nice day. I can't wait!"Talk" to you all tomorrow! :grin:
Sounds like a great day, we have just finished potty training our 3 year old LC, he is now wearing underwear while he sleeps through the night, and no accidents for almost 2 weeks, just clear the way for as he makes a bee-line for the potty in the morning. I hope the transition is as easy for you as it was for us.

I give my best friend a house from St. Nicholas Square Village every year! Always fun to look at what's new! So nostalgic & fun!!!!
What a great tradition, Holiday!! I especially love that you pick out pieces that are reminiscent of your hometown. I'm sure that really means a lot her, and brings her back to some wonderful times :grin:

It didn't hit me we are less than 2 months from the season. And only 45 more days until Music Choice goes Christmas.
I called and made a Dr. appt. this morning, and went to it. Guess what? I have the flu. I will be out of work until Monday, lots of rest and OTC drugs are my prescription.
The pot roast smells great, been cooking for hours a few more to go.
Just watching movies now, watched Jaws earlier, now watching Liar, Liar I cannot get use to just resting, I always feel there is too much to do.
