Well, that was a very informal interview. Not whole lot of questions, she just seemed to explain the position and asked if I was still interested. They are hiring three people, so I am hopeful. But, the interview was so informal that I am not very optimistic. We'll have to see how it goes.

I hope everyone is having a good day,I don't ask this much,but I do want you guys to pray for me..I have been very sick for the last 10 days and I thought I was getting better but It is worse,I have pancreatitis which I thought was a once in a lifetime thing..but it just want go away,Ive lost 15 pounds in the last 10 days and i can't keep anything down..just keep me in your prayers and I will be greatful!

Good Thursday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

We have some good news: Bernie has been released from the hospital and is doing great! Apparently, he had a serious bladder infection that was playing havoc with his whole system. After some IV antibiotics and fluids, he's doing well. Hilda is starting to improve, too, so things are looking up! Thanks again for all the prayers!

I'll be glad to have my wife back home. She's been staying with her parents every night since this all started. I just don't sleep well when she's not there.

Thanks!!! She was better this morning. Her face was still a little red but she wasn't complaining that her eyes were on fire. My sister was going to keep her home from school again but she wanted to go.

So glad to hear that and its nice you miss her. sometimes you never realise how much you miss something till its not there

Maybe it was so informal because she thought somebody might drop out once they understood what the position entailed. If there are still more than three candidates in the running, there may be a more detailed interview. Anyway, that's a "glass half full" way of seeing it.

Hi! I missed out on here yesterday so no Pines for me. I never got a chance to log in at all, very busy day.

My grandson got student of the month which will be presented to him at the PTA meeting tonight. I am excited for him. He is only in kindergarten but it is very exciting to see that he is starting off in school and being one of the first students in his class to get this reward.

We will have much cooler weather today with the high of only 80. Time to open the windows and air out the house!

I will try to catch up on all the post soon!

We hit our goal! Wooohooo! And the day before Autumn to boot. Just a regular day at work, nothing exciting, nothing bad. I heard a person already complaining "...it's too early for Christmas stuff..." comment last night about a store already having their Christmas decor out. I just said to her it wouldn't be out if it didn't sell. What a Scrooge. Got to make dinner, and get the boys in the bath.
