Good evening,Christmas family !!
How is everyone ???
Busy day... My day to check in with Jenny Craig. I have been on maintenance for almost 2 years and have to check in every once in a while. Weight is starting to creep up a bit. This is usually the time I rationalize that "I am tired and will take a break for a while......." I don't want to do that though because I know what will happen.......And In no time I will have 40+ pounds to lose again!!
Spent a very nice day. My dearest friends in the world came over just the two of them tonight..That hasn't happened in years......They had been to the Harry Potter theme park at Universal and they bought me a wand !!!!!! It touches my heart so that they still love me...I thought they didn't care any more.......It was a wonderful visit....It seems like only yesterday we were all 20 somethings just starting out......
This is a marathon headache......I have periods where it seems to go away a while but not completely.........It is centered over the left frontal part of my head/eye region.....And it is making me very tired.

I am going to take more meds and listen or try to listen to some Christmas music !!

Talk about fun! We went and had pizza...bought some ornaments....and I got two cool coffee mugs....I will post pictures in the morning.
It was soooo much fun. There was a bunch of little ones in Hobby Lobby and they were stoked to see the decorations out and telling their parents which ones they wanted. One little kid told his mom that "Santa will like that one best"!
Then it hit me....
We are back to the best nine weeks or so of the year! Have fun friends....it will be over before we know it!

Just to save a bit of money so i can buy myself and everybody else gifts. I applied for a job at Christmas World, which is a Christmas shop just down the road. Wish me luck.

g'morning! One of the downsides I have is that I'm a natural early riser.
Headache is gone but I'm still not feeling so hot. I am sooo glad I decided to stay home and take it easy today.
I'm going through Target's weekly ad right now. It's still all Halloween but in a couple of weeks they should finally have their CHRISTMAS stuff out!
When I send out Christmas cards this year, I plan on printing out people's addresses on my computer. For the past couple of years I've written them ALL by hand but about half-way through my hand starts to scream at me. :yahoo:

have a tara sore shoulder. think the other night i must have slept in a arkward way . When up to the chemist and got a tub of cream he thinks it might be a frozen shoulder. i really hope not
All the chemist could talk about was counterfit notes. the police was in about 2 weeks ago and said to check all notes so had to go and buy a counterfit note machine.

Welcome to the Countdown, Kimothy! I hope you are feeling better!
Mouse ran off with several of my blue socks when I had the bedroom upstairs - took me weeks to find them. I still don't know how she got them way under the dresser - she must be a contortionist. The dresser is very heavy and situated in such a way that I can't see under it even with a flashlight, but when I moved it to clean, there they all were. I had given her a white sock to play with, and she lost all interest in stealing the blue ones - to this day, I think it was a big mistake on my part.
I'm glad you had such a nice day - I just wish the headache would go away! Thank you for thinking of me and my fur kids. Big ((((HUGS)))) to you and yours!!!!

It is going to be another lovely day in Mid-Michigan. I'm going to spend the day puttering and I might go out and do a bit of grocery shopping - there is something about a 10 for 10 sale I cannot resist. I really just want to go back to bed - so tired again this morning. Mouse is on my lap as I type, she isn't feeling well this morning. I think she has a cold - I hope she gets better as I really can't afford another vet bill this month.
I finished the Booktown mystery - even though I figured out who the killer was, I'm going to have to order the next one in the series from the library - I really like some of the characters and would like to see how the author develops them. Last night I started reading A Red Herring Herring without Mustard - the third in the Flavia de Luce series - she is eleven years old and has to be one of the most interesting fictional detectives ever created.

THE OPERA: PART XXXIIVV
Falling Leaves..
Part I: The curtain opens to an empty stage. This scene remains for twenty minutes. It closes and there is a 20 minute intermisson wherein Carl the Camel dances in the aisles wearing red plaid stockings.
Part II: Opens with a giant tree.. Jayish enters wearing Carl's plaid stockings and dances the paus du lux entitled.." Ode to Falling Leaves.." Cainemom enters and sings the Opera,,, I can post more leaves than the tree.. Snowflake enters and sings the aria.. "Who cares about leaves.. bring on falling flakes.." Coach enters and sings the Opera.." Leaves=Football.." The entire company lead by Made sing the Aria " The Midwest= who needs trees.." and the curtain falls... end Act II
Act III: The Confrontation
Curtian opens as Binger enters and holding a 29 ounce cup of coffee sings the aria..
" Leaves as filter=good java.." Brad enters and sings the aria.." Ozark leaves are better than Germanys.." which makes Track enter and sing the aria.." German leaves are better than Canadian.." Britt and Auntie enter and sing the aria.." OH YEAHHH LOOK AT OUR FLAG.." Jayish enters and dances a second paus du lux entitled.." New Jersey leaves are coated with a lovely chemical.." which leaves the audience gasping when they see that his cup is merely a leaf stapled to his leotard.." end ACT III
Act IV:
The evil Crown enters and sings the aria.." I hate falling leaves.. too much noise and too much sunlight filters and disrupts my afternoon and early evening naps.." They then use their magical powers to make the tree again grow leaves and become full.. Undertakr enters and signs the aria.." Sigh.. I wanted to rake.." Made enters and leads the entire company in the aria.." The Midwest= no trees=no raking.. so let's go spend tiem at the Jackson museum in Gary.." and despite the excitement, there is great saddness over the confusion of the seasons.. so much in fact, that Christmas Star announces they are not posting for 4 minutes..and the entire company is seen threatening to smashtheir keyboards in protest. END ACT IV
ACT V: Finale:
Jayish enters and dances a paus du lux entitled.." Plaid.. that will solve the day.." Maureen is dangled from guy wires over the tree and is seen sprinking magical plaid fairy dust all over the tree, which has Crown asleep in it with a sign saying " Do not disturb until January 2018.." GABull Dog is seen watching a football game between GA and Arkansas, which causes a fight between them and Brad. Suddenly the leaves begin falling from the tree and in one of the most beautiful moments ever in operatic history, we see Crown waking and singing the aria.." Is it hockey season yet.." wherein we see Britt and Auntie enter and roll their eyes.." The entire company then enter wearing plaid stockings and lead by Jayish sing the aria.." Fired twinkies wrapped in plaid.. this week's lunch special at the Shispering Pines.." as the curtain closes...
