good evening ya'll!just got caught up from this morning on here. man you guys post alot, i can't @ work, all of the computers are busy w/ orders & i don't have a personal one there.
anyhooo shortly after getting to work i noticed the city street workers were putting up the towns Christmas decor. garlands, bows, & stuff like that but it was so great to see.
my son seth is cooking supper tonight. nothing fancy but gosh i appreciate it sooo much. his fiance is over so they're in the kitchen. hubby should be home from work soon, daughter is @ church, & not sure about my son will, but come supper time he always finds his way home. fyi-seth is 6'3" & 260ish & will is 6'5" & 315ish. so trust me they never miss a meal. you would not believe my grocery bills i-yi-yi!
can't wait till tomorrow about 4:59 p.m. it'll be 5 o'clock somewhere!! time for the weekend. hooray!!!

well today was a relaxing day.. but I am expecting too be fired from my one job, because of their errors. So I contacted a lawyer.. yeehaw..

on that note, I am actually in really good spirits! MUST start shopping for christmas!!!!! I have never been this behind in my life on Xmas Shopping

Sorry to hear that Britt, I am glad that you are keeping in good spirits. I love waiting to shop, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE shopping in the hussle, but I also still buy a lot from catologs, I know you are all going to ask if they even still have those right!!! I don't know why but I love catolog shopping.

Bradmac and everyone, Yes, I am still here although it is difficult to see. My eye surgery went well, but I have to put antiseptic cream on and in my eyes. I still have to have ice (eyece???) packs, but the swelling is not too bad. If the surgery had been done on Monday, I would not have needed a mask!!! My rotator cuff surgery is getting better, but it is taking me long to bounce back, having NOTHING to do with age!!! I will be happy to get back full time and visit with everyone!

It is SO good to see you tonight, ops no pun, I really am so happy I was thinking about you and wondered how the eye surgery went, are you allowed to be on the PC? Or read? I mean that won,t interfer with your healing right? I hope it heals up quick I know you are greatly missed hear.

Thanks!!!!! I found it at Meijer 4 years ago. I was a little late getting it out this year. I usually put it out on November 1st but his head broke off it's supports last year during a wind storm and I had to fix it before I could put it out.

I want to apoligize to the HP customer support staff. Even though the estimated repair date still shows 11/14, I just got an email with a fedex tracking number saying my laptop has been fixed and is on it's way back to me. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're going to MB for a week next June too! We're pulling the camper over. Excited, but nervous about pulling a camper that far. I'll be a long, slow trip...

One of the guys in our office just asked if it was too early to decorate for Christmas? My workmate & I told him "No! It's never to early for Christmas!" He showed us pictures of his front porch/yard. He has put the lights on the bushes. He's trying to figure out what else he wants to do on the porch & roof.

That just gets me excited! I'd say my workmate & I will be listening to Christmas music after Veteran's Day.

That sounds so cool, I love camping but do not get to do it longer then a week right now, hubby has a tight schedule. That is so cool even though we were cleaning up from the storm at my work site we put up my tree, it looks so lovely. My boss just laughs and says I am crazy, but in a nice way, I think he is still in the closet and is a closet Christmas nut like all of us.

hi everyone! all fine here. still coughing and on...but it is getting better. i was watching tv this evening and suddenly I heard bells jingleing......I saw the first Christmas Commercial of this year........which caught me totally off guard....I did not expect any X-Mas commercials until november 15th......it was for Obi....one of Germany s biggest diy markets.....it was actually a really cool commercial....luved it!!!

Track I have been so busy with work and the church play and well just everything, I am so far behind on the posts, I sure hope you heal up real soon. Thx for the heads up on the commercial, I saw my 1st one Tuesday, from JC Penny a department t store, it is SO awesome!!!

My blood sugar levels are fine but the weather is going to be COLD and can cause those numbers to drop so.....hello pasta for dinner! Not that I'm complaining. ;-)

P.S. I'll be decorating my apatrment next weekend because A.) It's a long holiday and B.) one of my sisters will be visiting and she's offered to help me decorate.

We ate out at Boston Market and then spent a couple hours this evening doing some Christmas shopping/regular shopping. My feet hurt and I'm tired, but it's the right kind of tired, and we got quite a few items crossed off the list. We're generally done by Thanksgiving, when we start wrapping. But this year we started wrapping last weekend while the power was out from the storm---it was cold and had snowed, so it seemed like the right time to start!

Walmart had Christmas cat toys---a handle tipped with red and green feathers that you can dangle at your cat. We got one for Gloria's cats, Pumpkin and Suki.

Made: Glad to hear your laptop is on the way back to you!

Sugar: I hope the little one is better soon---coughs can be so stubborn.

Seawaters: Good to hear that you're on the mend in all the surgical sites! Is that the last round of surgery?

Hi Snowflake, how is Harlowe, Snickers received a new ball for Halloween, did the Great Pumpkin get anything for little Harlowe?

98.7 here in Savannah starts Christmas music on Thanksgiving Day, which is too late, too. Last year they had a poll on their website about when they should start playing Christmas music. Of course, I voted for November 1 (the earlier option), but Thanksgiving still won. :-?

I would have picked Nov 1st too,!! In fact I was a little bummed the Music Choice didn't start this year until the 2nd. Tee hee. Now being the Mayor can't we get some string pulled, or maybe some bells rung?!?!? Tee hee.

You know our 2 1/2 week vacation was really nice but (now to get all mushy with you all) I really missed all of you and it's so good to be back!

Our visit to Santa Claus, Indiana made me think of all of you here at MMC.

Usually I am bummed out after a vacation and coming home but this time I have Thanksgiving and Christmas to look forward to. Exciting times!!! It's also good to be back to MMC forums! :smile:

I finally caught up on the Countdown, but alas, without my coffee. Palmer is sleeping on my foot and I didn't want to disturb her and my coffee is just out of reach. I have Michael Buble's CD on and am getting ready to clean the kitchen. Working later this afternoon - so I have to get going!

I love hearing about Palmer, and I do that too with my little ones I hate to disturb them, hmmm, sure wish they felt the same way too, seems they have no problem disturbing my sleep in on Sat from time to time, Bella puts her clod little wet nose in my ear, Callie mewos and very loud too, and Snickers, nugges me... hmm, yup they have me trained very well.

Good evening, Christmas Family !!

What a week !! I am so glad it is over for me !! I even managed to escape without mandatory overtime !

I am kind of disappointed. It is sounding like my sister's neighbor with the puppy wants to back out. I was all ready for her too....It hasn't fallen through all the way yet.....I am just waiting........

I have Music Choice on listening to Christmas music while my kitties are having their evening romp !! Lily is half the size of Smokey but that doesn't stop her from attacking him !! Thankfully he knows she is just a baby and he takes it all in stride......Such a good boy.

Wish is still doing well. It has now been two months since his last "episode".

An up since 6am ever since the clock changed last weekend i waken at round 6 just to be 7.
Good bit on today 2 pallets more chritmas stuff and toys. so that will be my day sorted
Weather looks ok at the moment. cold but dry
Forgot to say a bigger town about 20 mile away lit there chriistmas lights on monday night. and i see santa is coming to one of there shopping centre,s tonight.
Last night must have seen about 5 christmas commerials so the season is really starting to take of..

Good morning everyone! @Xmas365-Good to see you back online!!! was getting a little worried about you there! I am glad it's friday for sure. Looking forward to this weekend open house on Hallmark Channel They are playing a few new Christmas movies and I have them set to record on the DVR. Not really much else to say this morning except have a good Friday everyone! Oh and one more thing....In the USA time changes back tomorrow night so it's won't be dark still at 7 am starting next week!! we get 1 hour extra of sleep...although my body does not work like that,believe me I will be up an hour earlier anyway..Insomnia is a b-- well I can't say that but at this early hour it almost slipped out...anyhow have a good day buddies!!!

I think I will come down with the flu. I have a sore throat since yesterday evening and now I'm also hurting at my back and neck and have a bad headache. No suprise really as half of my coworkers just recently were sick or are still on sick leave.
