Oh my goodness! I slept worse last night than I did the night before and I think I know why! :-(

In a little over two weeks I have my annual check-up at my transplant center. For some reason, it's been on my mind a lot more than in years past.

In better news, I went through Target's Weekly Ad online and it seems like they've got their Christmas stuff out now--YAY!! I'll definitely be on the lookout when I go later today. :hello:

Good morning! I slept much better last night! IT's even getting daylight when I wake up...that never happens... but anyhows..I cooked black beans and bacon in the slow cooker all night and some friends are baking a ham and bringing it over at noon and eating lunch with us and it's suppose to be a beautiful day here today whith temps gettting up to 70F..right now it's a cool 43F thursday night we are getting down(allegedly)to 34F that will be the first time this wierd fall season we have been that cold! have a great day everyone!

Today, however, I feel absolutely wonderful! What a turnaround!
I am so glad you are feeling better!
Afternoon. Last night was one of the best nights of my life. Got an autograph and got my picture taken with professional wrestler Bobby Roode. He is so down to earth. Top bloke. It was a VIP event at the Hard Rock Cafe and I had a blast. My cousin had a lot of fun as well. We both won souvenir bags that included a Fuel TV hat, Bobby Roode t-shirt, Fuel TV letting and a few stickers. Got my picture taken with the Fuel TV babes. Such nice girls. I wouldn't trade that night for anything in the world.
Isn't it great to meet someone you are a fan of!? Glad you had fun!

:???:don't forget to reset your clocks everyone!!:???:
I love setting the clock back an hour. My favorite time of year!!!

Dont no about any of you,s but does the hour mess up your sleeping?
I love when the time goes back an hour. It actually helps straighten my sleep up. When we set it an hour forward is when I get really messed up!

I hope all goes well with your check up!

Everyday just keeps getting better! The weather is cooler, we are another step closer to Thanksgiving and Christmas, the stores are filling up with Holiday Cheer and Christmas movies and commercials are on television!!!

Does it get any better than this?!?!?

I was trying to remember the name of that movie!!! I saw it on last year and only watched bits and pieces of it. I guess I only saw the funny parts but loved what I saw especially being the "ghost of Jacob Marley mon"! Bob Marley's brother. Ha ha! Then the humorous part of the ghost of Christmas past and showing the nativity part.

When does that one come on? When it came on last year I only saw it on once and never saw it aired again! I'm sure it did air again but I missed it.

Perfect timing on this post because it was driving me crazy trying to remember the name of that movie. Thanks!

Everyone enjoy the chat! My Sunday is always full so I end up missing them. Hopefully I can join in sometime!

Yes! it was kind of like a spoof to the actual Christmas Carol movies. I liked the ghost of Christmas past(the girl who played in legally blonde)I could not think of the name of that movie for the life of me yesterday....but I had to look on IMDB to find it,and it says it came out in 2004 but I had never seen it before last year, and like you said I only saw it once..I don't know if it comes on at all this year. I had the partial schedule saved to my computer but I had to restore it because of a virus now I forget the name of the blog that had the schedule!!! I guess I will have to check week by week once the actual countdown to Christmas starts next saturday. I do know it does not come on this weekend:(

Between you and I, and whoever else wants to help, we can keep an eye out for it and let each other know when it's on!

:hello:

I will have you in my prayers Kimothy! I am sure everything will check out okay, but I know it has to be nerve racking to say the least!

It's so good to see so many who are bubbling over with Christmas spirit and cheer, and even better to see those who weren't feeling so well getting better, and those who have a fun Sunday planned! Sugar, I hope your family's germ-fest ends soon.

I'll try to join in the chat at some point. But Mr. has to go to the office today, and I won't get to enjoy much of his company, so when he gets back I'll be hanging out with him first and the chat second. But I certainly want to stick my head in at some point and see what's going on and say hello. At least that's one place where a few folks are glad to see me! :sparkle:

merrycarey, are you kidding me? all of us are always glad to see you!!:hi:

Good Morning, Everybody!

Remember to set your clocks back a hour this morning? If not, it's earlier than you think.

I suppose you can probably guess my morning lead-in from that, but in case you can't......
What's LATER than you think?
This:
Days to the Season: 7 (ONE WEEK FROM TODAY!!)
Days To Thanksgiving Day: 18 (Barely over 2 1/2 weeks!)
Days to Christmas Day: 49 (SEVEN weeks from today!)

Gee, whiz! A year of waiting down to a WEEK.
Incredible!!

You "special" folks got your posts ready? We kick-off on Nov 8 with Christmasstar. That's only 2 DAYS away, Guys!
(Wow! What a great time of the year to be in thanks to this wonderful little site!)

It was bright, calm and dry for my morning dog walk today with the temp in the mid 40's.
So far, we've only climbed up to 48, headed for a high of 58 by this afternoon.
Then a nice warming trend starts tomorrow with no rain in sight for a while.

Have a Super Sunday, Friends.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!! It is going to be beautiful today here in central Indy expect for the 30mph wind gusts. I have a lot to do today. I'm getting ready to head out to the early church service and then it will be over to my sisters house to help build some things for my niece's birthday party next weekend. She is going to have a wizard of oz party and my sister wants to make a giant rainbow to go over her driveway. She doesn't want to use balloons though because she's afraid they may pop in the cold air. So I'm going to make some kind of frame out of pvc pipe for her to hang either a fabric or paper rainbow from. I also have to replace the door handle on their door leading from the garage into the house. My brother in law tried to do it and now the door won't even open. Well I'm off to races. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
