Yay - I am finally caught up on the Countdown. I even managed to listen to the Merry Podcast 2. Long day working today and I slept horribly last night so I am going to call it a night.

The cookbook is really "Sweet Treats of Christmas." I have been reading it all afternoon. Totally LOVE it!

I spoke with my mom and dad,I actually understood alot of what he was saying yestersay they told him that his estimated disharge date was decemeber 3rd which is great,I was terrified he would be in there at Christmas! He kind of mumbles when he talks but he is doing alot better than he was 2 weeks ago!

That's great news. I'll continue to keep him in my prayers.

I'm very excited as well! I will be decorating the day after Christmas. I would be decorating sooner if my husband would let me!

Hi everyone...just saying a quick hello! I'm still not caught up on the posts yet, but I'm Friday! It's my weekend to work, so I'm busy this weekend and every chance I get, I'm pretty much spending it with DH and the kids.

Hope all is well with everyone. Nothing new to report here. Just got the kids bathed. I will check in tomorrow and get caught up on more posts. Gotta go check a nap before work. Good night all!

OK, I haven't been on here in a while, had some computer issues. Well we had our Thanksgiving feast at work today. My boss deep fried a turkey, if any of you haven't tried that yet IT IS AWESOME!!!! We also had ham and mashed potatoes and green bean casserole and apple and pumpkin pies. The only bad thing was that we had to go back to work afterward.

Good evening,

Wow, it was busy today! Must be some sort of holiday coming up.

I did see a quick 10 minute preview of Arthur Christmas, I laughed my butt off, especially at the "GrandSanta" I really want to see it now. I have to work tomorrow, not looking forward to it, I will be on turkey duty.

i am in fullchristmasmode right now....got up in the morning....put on a kettle on coffee and w atching the Polar Express right now with Kandice.....will cook Spaghetti Bolognese later on so we have a beautiful Sunday lunch...mom will come over....then we will head to a fleas market....then have coffee and cake....and then....oh then....i will.....we will start decorating for christmas.......with Michael Buble´s Christmas album and many other christmas joints...cant wait for this beautiful sunday to advance....the only minus.....laundry and house cleaning will be done today, too....cos yesterday I had to install and pick up the new dishwasher and exchange Kandice s winter coat

Seems a nice morning cool bit at least it is dry
One of our neighbours was knocked down and killed last night. we are in a kinda shock but we all knew it was waiting to happen. as when he was drunk he wood just walk out in front of a car. dont no how many times i have had to brake to avoid hitting him. i feel sorry he is gone but i feel really bad for the driver as if he walked out in front of then . they wood not have stood a chance of stopping. as he wood do it that quick .every one in our town knew what he was like
Had a few mates over last night and we watched christmas songs that i have recorded during the week from the sky channels.
Today am gonna get my decor out of storage. and try and get it sorted and hopefully will start getting it up bit by bit starting with the outdoor. i do find it hard to get done as i still have work to do as well
The old tea cup is emply so a refill is needed so will catch up with you all later in the mean time have a lovley day and stay safe

Good morning Christmas family

Another start to the work week for me but at least it is only four days. Don't know why but been feeling really down the past couple of days. I guess I am just like Charlie Brown. I love Christmas, I am so happy it is coming and that I get to put up the tree this week but something is missing. I don't know what it is....

I wish it would start getting cooler, I mean REALLY cooler. It would feel more Christmassy then but that will come......
