I packed some thera-flu and EmergenC in my over night bag..I always am prepared! So maybe between that and a good night rest I will be back on track. I could not smell Pie or Turkey right now anyway..Hope to be home by tomorrow at lunch time! wish me luck!

Well, this morning we woke up to it snowing more!!! But now it's raining however starting Thursday, it should begin to snow again!!

Tomorrow I will be sending out my Christmas cards I haven't received any yet, I can't wait till I do!!! I also have received my cook book.... Also can't wait for that either

Just got back from a surprise 11th birthday party for our daughter. She and Nancy have been in Daytona Beach, FL this weekend at Dance Camp. I'm glad they're home (finally!) on her birthday.

It's also our anniversary. Seventeen looonnnnggg...I mean SHORT...years! No time for us, though. They're studying for another crazy Monday test. Oh, well.

Good evening,

First of all, I just want to apologize for being pretty anti-social for the last week, it has been probably the roughest week I have ever had at work, but all my numbers are way up, and for that reason I got one of my associates finally promoted to full time. I feel good for him, he has done a great job and it is well deserved for him. We have been kicking butt, and my area has carried the store. Tomorrow, no rest for the weary here, I am planning to get all of my outdoor decorating done, and two of my trees inside up and lights on them.

I am exhausted again, I will wish you all a good night!

Incredible game! He seems to be in absolute top form! I almost feel bad for the Islanders (not really lol) getting blown out by Boston 6-0 and then having to play the Penguins tonight on Sid's first game back and getting blown out again 5-0

Some times you have to laught to keep from crying...I was already like 5 hours late when I finally left at 11 this morning,but now I made a connection in denver that was okay, except for all to flights to portland are at gate hold due to fog...which means they are proabbly going to cancel it anyways and it's the last one tonight anyways...I will get a hotel by the airport I guess.

I am getting very annoyed with this WARM weather !! Made.....you guys have just about the same weather we do here in NE OH .....shouldn't it be COLD by now ?? Or is this "Normal" ?? I can't remember from year to year......xo

The normal for this time of year is about mid 40's. So we've been running about 10 degree's above normal.

I am still having difficulty with getting my energy going. Went to physical therapy and then to a doctor's appointment. I slept all the way home (about 45 minutes). I hope all of you have a great afternoon!

Evening everyone! Hope everyone is in good spirits tonight! I am still hyped up from watching the Penguins crush the Islanders with the help of the return of Sidney Crosby!

I had a busy but good weekend, picked up a few more small pieces for my Christmas village display (a new gazebo, a couple figurines and a new mini lighted tree for in the town square). Going to start setting it up tomorrow evening.

Well my prep work is all done and I even managed to put my christmas tree up. I still have some fluffing to do and it still has to be decorated but it is up. In fact I'm sitting here basking in the lights right now. I'll see you all in the morning. Goodnight!!!!!

Days To Thanksgiving Day: 2 (DAY AFTER TOMORROW, Folks!)
Days to Christmas Day: 33 (Close to ONE month!)

My, my how time has flown.
This close to Thanksgiving already!
(I can almost taste the turkey.)

Carl promises a great lead-in to Turkey day at the 'Pines on Wednesday.
Lots of Thanksgiving decor and traditional Thanksgiving dishes.
Oh! And before I forget -- one free slice of pumpkin pie to have with the ususal fired twinkie and beverage of choice.
There's a rumor the twinkies will be shaped like pilgrim hats but.....well....you never know with Carl in charge.

Tomorrow from 8-3....school

Tomorrow at 3:00- Thanksgiving 2011 begins!

Action packed day tomorrow and Wednesday. I have my schedule made out and I"m ready to go....I am so excited. Pretty much cooking non-stop from tomorrow until Wednesday around 5:00....I plan on nothing but cooking and reading posts for 1.5 days....

I'm so thankful for all of you....

Hope all is good with each of you furbabies too
2 days to your thankgiving ..so i take it you all have your turkeys got lol
Weather look ok this morning damp but cool.. this time last year the snow was starting and it lay for 6 weeks.
Have still not got the decot pulled out yet but really wood need to be at it. as i like to have the outddor lit up for the 1st friday in dec.
But its so hard with pallets coming in almost everyday and by the time they are sorted its almost dark. am just goona have to take a day and do it.
Gonna start and sent some of my christmas cards today and then some on friday
