pinky toe finally starting to feel better + humongous cold front coming thru + creamy tomato soup & grilled cheese for dinner + working on homemade Christmas gifts + Rudolph on TV tonight = ONE MEGA HAPPY KIMMY!! :wiggy:

Hi hope you sort out whatever is wrong soon.. exhaustion it self can bring on depression.

Another day over almost. work .work and more work. got a bit more of my outdoor decor done.. hope to ne anlt to light then friday evening. my neighbours want a lighting up party . and they knowe i have a eggnog recipe i got from christmas star and want me to make some as done of then have ever tasted it..ssorted out a full pallet of stock and got my tree decorated. and a few more bits done.
Has turned really cold here now but raining to.
Tomorrow i have 2 big pallets of christmas tree,s in. this is the last of then. and a pallet of toys. so dont no what i will get done tomorrow
Baby parriots all doing good. was up feeding then at 3.30 last night. . they get fed every 3 hours for the 1st week.
I dont know how am handing it all. but thank god i am
So time to feed again. hopefully will catch you later . you all stay safe . and take care
 
hey ya'll. did ya' miss me? computer went down, fried, & had to send it off to get fixed. it took 2 days & i missed ya'll really bad!! had a beautiful thanksgiving. daughter home sick w/ sore throat today. stopped & got her meds so hopefully she'll soon be better. my mama is trying to walk on her foot now. in case you forgot, she broke it. doc says it's ok for her to walk a little. daddy went to doc about his back. RA & narrowing of the vertebrea. doc is holding off on shots right now but did say if/when it starts up to call & he'll line the shots up for him.
work is full on Christmas. open house this sat. & wow we are super busy! it is the good kind of fun cuz it's all Christmas!! yayayayaay!
i'm trying to catch up on the thread but if i missed something important please somebody let me know.

I hope you start getting your energy back soon!!!!! Have you tried having 2 pots of coffee with lunch? That's what Carl recommend to me when I was feeling sluggish.

Hi everyone! Just checking in very quickly. I only got a few posts read and now I've got to get the kids bathed and to bed. DH is working night shift tonight and so I am, so I am waiting for my sister to get here so I can then take a nap.

Nothing new to report here. I am off tomorrow - yippee. DH says he has a lot he wants to do around the house tomorrow, so I guess I will sleep for 2 or 3 hours and get up and help the best I can. He works nights tomorrow again, so he will be leaving around 4 pm, so it will be me and the kids. Hope there will be a lot of Christmas stuff on tomorrow evening the EA and I can watch.

Well, I hope you're all having a great evening. I will talk to you all tomorrow and catch up on the posts then. :wiggy:

I bit the bullet and am going in for intgravenous micronutrient therapy tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes. I am truly desperate!!!
 
Hey guys! I hope everyone is having a great week,it's been a madhouse over with getting ready for my brother to visit from L.A. he has never been to my house before so I am excited to have him. The weather is great finally! it's cold and feels like Christmas! Hope everyone that is under the weather will feel better soon,goodnight!

I hope those micronutrients help---you've been through a lot lately with the surgeries and all ... I hope things get straightened out soon so you will feel better.

vsuclaribnl, That is very sad and ridiculous that shoppers act like that. We go out on black Friday for the entertainment only. We usually get out of the house after 8 am and go to the mall. It is actually very pleasant and not too crowded by that time. I refuse to do the whole "stand in a line thing all night" for doors to open. I love saving money but not if I have to deal with childish people. Sorry you have to deal with rude customers.

I don't really mind the people that come out after the crazy rush...it's the crazy ones that come out super early and then have the nerve to complain about waiting! It drives me insane! And like I said before, I'm not normally that vocal in front of customers but those ones fighting really set me off. One day I hope to be out of retail for good!!!

Thank you for the comment on the dress, I'm so excited about it!!!

I'm off to bed, will post more tomorrow. I'm starting to feel under the weather again...same way I felt last month when I had the flu, so I'm trying to ward it off ahead of time. I hope you all are doing well! <3 to all of you!
 
Snowflake: Wow, some people need to chill! And grow up. Sorry you had to deal with that. I bet you're so glad it's over!!!

I am, very much so! I agree with you...it seems to get worse and worse every year with Black Friday...that's why I want to get out of retail as soon as I can.

Ha! I can't sleep so I got up and put on a load of clothes and my bulldog snowball who weights over 120 pounds followed me and is staring at me wanting for us to go back to bed!! He knows something is up and he has been pacing all day,we have been getting more Christmas decor out around the house and getting ready for my brothers visit. snow ball is very sheltered and kind of anti social to strangers but he is harmless but scares the crap out of people who don't know him.
To everyone who is getting snow....congrats!! I someday hope to live in a climate that supports snow especially at Christmas time! It's hard to believe we are already 18 days into the season! that is scary how fast time is passing! I don't even want to think about this coming to an end already! I have to remind myself everyday to enjoy it,BTW I was listening to my local radio on the way home today and in the span of an hour I heard 4 different versions of "I'll be home for christmas" I thought it was kind of funny that there was not much variety in terms of the music mix,but it's hard to complain about it because it's such a great song! I hope everyone has a great night and tomorrow night at the pines try to not get into too much mischief!
