Happy Weds. everybody! Wow 32 days into the holiday season so far! today has felt like a nice spring day here in south central,Ga tomorrow calls for more of the same maybe a degree or two warmer,but still bright sunny skies. So we are moving into the 10 days Christmas window and also the bowl games are starting up on the 17th!!!! aahhh can't wait! have a good late afternoon/ early evening everyone!

Maybe. I'm not a big fan of apple pie so I don't usually make it.

I have 4 graham cracker pie crusts so I need to find something to do with them. I think it's time to break out the old kraft cookbooks.

Yes...if I were you, I would use some of those up. A chocolate one sounds good. The kids would love that! I'm sure the adults would too!

Getting ready now for DH's Christmas party, then will head there around 6. I have to work tonight at 11, so I am not sure if I will be able to check back in or not, so if not, you all have a Christmassy evening. I was at the Pines here a little bit ago and I had some of the goose. It was delicious. Carl is giving out little leg ornanments for your tree!

Just talked to my mom and father in Oregon. My dad sounds better as in his frame of mind. He was more upbeat than earlier in the week. He gets so easily tired out in the Physical therapy,but he said he is moved up a number on thier scale. when he gets to a 5 he will get discharged. He is in a 2 in most things now. His dr's are amazed at how well he is doing since this happened just 38 days ago!( he was comotose the first week) he also broke his leg in the car wreck so he is getting the last of his casts off Monday. My mom had a few broken ribs and she still has a wrap she wears but I don't think it is all the time now... both mom and dad sounded very good just now over the phone..continued thanks for everyones prayers as they sure are working!!!.My siblings and some aunts/uncles are going to be able to visit with them all through the holidays and I of course will call them to wish them Merry Christmas while we wait on the little one to show up any day now....yes this is kind of the unoffcial way the Dr's is putting it now,she said everything is in place for him to make his debut!!!! 2 and a half weeks away! Okay need to start warming over the leftovers for dinner....tomorrow night I will grill steaks!

so happy to hear your father is recovering! Amazing what the brain is capable of!
