I had a major breakdown with Hubby tonight. I had to call my union rep to request sick bank leave for my cancer treatments. For some reason, everything came flooding in on me. Sorry to vent!!!

i can't sleep so I got up and am catching up from the last few days... All this reading has me dozing off now...I better get back to bed and enjoy my last day off this week to sleep in!! right now it's 35F out and another beautiful night,suppose to get back into the 70's starting tomorrow..cant complain about that in January! Was in contact with snowflake she says to tell you hello and that harowe is doing not to bad. some days really good and then some days will not eat. he may need more tests . and now she has headaches we think due to stress and the hubby had the computer with him on business during the week. so thats the message delivered

Decided to go ahead and get up and wash some clothes.It's 35F outside,it actually warmed up 1 degree since 3 am. Today I will have spring fever no doubt as the highs are suppose to be over 70F. Actually sat and sun we are suppose to get all the way up to 78F and 80F respectively. I wonder if we will have an early spring this year or not. As cold as last winter was once mid -Feb got here it was basically spring. TIme to start stocking up on spring allergy meds I guess.lol I think I will go cook some scrambled eggs and toast anybody want some?? have a good morning everybody!

Even colder here this morning where we have started out at 28 degrees under clear skies.
Glad there is no rain falling or it would be a slippery dog walk!

Still several decorated houses remain in our neighborhood, including the one next door with a big wreath on the front door and smaller wreaths on all the window shutters. Not to mention a "Santa Stop Here" sign on a pole in the yard.
(Makes me feel good to pass it each day on my walk with the dog.)

Chilly day, but the sun is trying to come out. I am going to get creative with my pot roast leftovers and make soup today - the house will smell so good! Work starts in a few hours and if time permits, organizing some more when my shift is over.

I'm off to take a nap all. DS has been so fussy the past 2 days and I am beginning to think he has an ear infection. He has all the symptoms of one. I feel so bad for him because he just can't flat out tell me he is in pain. I think DH is going to take him to the doctors in the am.

Well, great day here! Work, football, fun....great day! Gonna be another tomorrow. We don't have school, but I've got some work I'm going to do in the morning.

Snow-in-Texas is for the Ravens and my son-in-law is for the Patriots. That will be one interesting game! I hope to be able to watch it!

We booked a cruise with friends in March. I'm looking forward to that for sure! I think the planning, shopping, countdown is 1/2 the fun!

Snow-in-Texas and I went on a cruise in October. This was my 2nd cruise and his first. What port are you sailing out of and where are you going? I know you will have a blast!

We booked a cruise with friends in March. I'm looking forward to that for sure!

As CAH said, she and I went on a cruise this past October. I absolutely loved it!! I don't think I ever enjoyed myself and been so relaxed on a vacation in my life. I have enjoyed vacations in the past, but not like this. I even won 2 trophies in a basketball shooting contest, and I haven't even touched a basketball in over 10 years.

Thanks for the video compliments! CM3 had asked if ALL the kids in the video were my grandchildren. Oh noooo! Ha ha! A legit question but I have 3 grandchildren and the rest were cousins, yes, I have cousins that are a lot younger than me! My uncle started having children later in life.

The ones you see decorating the Christmas Tree in the beginning are my grandchildren. Later in the video are all the other kids.

Later in the video you will see Snow-in-Texas and I with our picture taken with Santa!!!! I was so excited when I got my picture taken with him. =)
