Alrightly folks. I am all caught up on the countdown. I am kind of surprised. It didn't take me as long as I thought it would. I guess maybe it is because I didn't have anything to disrupt me!

Just sitting here with my coffee and watching the snow fall! It couldn't be anymore more perfect. Well, I guess it could be...if my kids and DH were out here to share it. They will be soon!

Well, I am off to look at the rest of the boards!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!!! It is a cold icy morning here in central Indy and we are headed to a high of 25 degrees. I was going to go to the grocery store this morning but I think I'll wait until tomorrow. The ice should all melt by then since we are supposed to hit 50 tomorrow afternoon. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Dawg- I hope you enjoy the last couple of days with your family.
Seawaters- Praying for you.
MsChristmas- Praying for you too.
Bradmac- Get the sasuage and egg biscuits ready. I'm on the way.
Coach- Meet you at Bernie's.
Sugar- Stay safe in all of that snow.
Shellie- I hope your neighbor heals quickly.

good morning everyone! still wasnt feeling quite right so i have been resting past few days. I will try to get caught up on the countdown today.

We have snow here, so i'm hoping my boss may call me out of work this afternoon:roll:

A quick update on my niece. She went to the doctor yesterday and he said that he didn't see any swelling and that he thinks most of her pain is from the way she is walking. Her feet are kind of angled inward so he said that is putting more stress on her knees. So he just recommend that they stay in Physical Therapy. Then my sister took her to the physical therapist and the first thing she said was that my niece's knees were really inflamed yesterday and that she completely disagrees with everything the doctor just said. So my sister doesn't know what to think.

Know what??? Cancer touches everyone. Today, I had to go to the Workman's Comp doctor who did my rotator cuff surgery. I told him what was going on. He told me that he had cancer in 1997 and his wife recently underwent surgery on her head. We had an excellent conversation!!! I immediately went to my primary care physician, and she was SO positive!!! And yesterday, my plastic surgeon said he is not accepting new patients for breast reconstrutive surgery (AT THIS TIME), BUT I had priority if I wanted it!!! God works in mysterious and miraculous ways!!!
I agree, it sounds like he's telling you not to worry!

Does this mean you're making us all breakfast, too? cheesy

Hope you have a great weekend as well!
I actually just finishd cooking breakfast, and I have two cups of coffee in me, so y'all come on over!

I 1000% agree with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All my furchildren are everything to me. I think I need them as much as they need me! #5 cracks me up. Talk to me sometimes? I talk to my pets all day long and I sing to them! ha ha! American Idol judges would throw me out but my furchildren seem to like my singing. My doggies wag their tails when I sing. =)

Oh Made...I feel so bad that they still can't figure it out. I just wish you guys could get some answers. God Bless her. I am still praying. Keep updating us.

What a week i have had. mu next door neighour is 86 and her daughter was dying of cancer. well she died a week today. and she was beside herself.
Sorry to hear. =(
Our family likes to deal with sensitive issues with a touch of humour so early on during her recovery my dad prompted me to remind her how much she enjoyed ironing before her stroke. She didn't fall for it. I reminded her I was her favourite. She retorted that if she had played her cards right, each one of us would have wound up thinking we were #1. No fooling her.
That's great to use humor. Our family uses humor in almost every situation! It's the best medicine!

I hope she gets some relief from the pain!

Bradmac, I'm ready for some breakfast. On my way!!!

Seawaters, thinking of you!

MsChristmas, thinking about you for your upcoming surgery!

I actually just finishd cooking breakfast, and I have two cups of coffee in me, so y'all come on over!

I told Made I would meet him there, but it may take me awhile! We have a good bit of snow here!

So when DH and I were up at 5:30, he looked outside and I thought we had around "at least 6 or so inches." Well, I just check weather.com and it said we have an est. 9 inches in our part. We are in the parts of the city where it always gets the most snowfall as well.

I believe we do have around 9. DH said the same. Made...I have 4 wheel while drive, but it may be taking me a while to get me there! :-D

I am off to start getting some stuff done around the house!

Hope you all are enjoying your morning! I will check back in later. :-D

Bless her heart. I hope they find an answer for her soon. A prayer is on the way!

Love this!!!

Taking my mom out for lunch today for the first time since Christmas. She and my dad are heading South next weekend for two months to get a break from the cold and snow. Sometimes, it's so deep, walking is like plodding through the desert (something Carl the camel should recall). It's hard for my mom since her stroke four years ago. It affected her vision to some degree so she can't navigate as well and her memory isn't as good as it was, but she's doing pretty good all things considered.

It's too cold to take my camera for a walk, but I'll snap some winter pics as soon as I can.

Have a great day!

made some fired eggs for Lindsay, see what happens to those poor eggs when you use them! This by the way is a rare picture as the faces are not often visible.
That is too funny, that made me chuckle:-D

You better get a real electrician. Sounds like the wiring may be grounding to the plumbing pipes somewhere.

To be honest Brad, I would love for an electrician to come in here and rewire the entire house.

Is her knee,s sore when she is not walking? is there any pain when you press in on then when sitting?
I your if your feet is not stright in front yes if can cause stress on the joints but even if it is and there is inflamation it still needs treated no matter the reason

Good morning, Christmas friends. I will be around with the Lear for all those who want to go to Bernie's for breakfast. Then I have to head back to California. Hubby and I are heading to Red Bluff for an Elks weekend. We will be back on Sunday in time for the football game. Take care, all of you!!!
