I got a call from a gal I work with just before dinner. She was calling from the hospital. Think she needed to hear my voice and look to me for that optimism. I fear I nearly let her down because I was so shocked. Without any prior warning healthwise, she suffered a seisure early Sunday morning and her husband called for the ambulance. They did an MRI and she's waiting to be transported to a hospital out of town with a small tumor under the crown near the right side of her head. All of her vital signs were normal and she remembered having the seisure so I'm guessing that's a good sign. I think she's only 32.

If you could keep Bekki in your thoughts and prayers, I'd appreciate it. Poor thing must be so scared. She sounded okay on the phone, but she told me she picked up the phone three times and couldn't remember who she was calling until her husband asked if she had called me yet. I told her to let her husband know he could call me at home or at work if they wanted to pass messages onto other people so they didn't have to worry about calling everyone. She said, they're going to do the surgery right away, within the next day or two. She's on anti-seisure medication and something to shrink the tumor.

:? I can't go - I keep doing the letter "c" backward and the Village People are sick of repeating those simple moves to me over and over again.

I could wash one of those down with some strawberry eggnog

Yummy!

:)) Nighty-night folks. If I don't make it here tomorrow, I'll meet you at the Pines on Wednesday with micropone in hand. HaHa

Sorry to hear about your friend, Auntie. I will be praying.

Made, I will be there! Auntie, we will teach you the letter "C" correctly! =)

Xmas366 and Seawaters, I hope you are doing well.

MsChristmas, I hope you can stop by before your surgery.

It's good to see you again, Judesmama!

I just know I am missing a few others that I need to reply to! Sorry, just been feeling a little yucky and not keeping up on here very well. Tomorrow will be a new day and will be so much better!!! =)

((((((((SEAWATERS))))))))

Stacey: I hope you have a good day!

Judesmama: I'm glad you got your computer and internet issues somewhat fixed - we missed you!

MerryCarey: I hope today is an awesome day for you!!!

Good morning!

Chilly morning out and the stairs are icy - should melt, but it will be late this afternoon when it does. Lots on plate today so I had best get going.

Have a MERRY day!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Meceka! It was pretty good for a monday. Hope yours was too! xo

Good morning everyone! Hope you're all having a fine morning so far. I'm just getting ready to go lay down for a few hours. I won't probably sleep past 12:30. It's my day off and I'm sooo looking foward to it.

It's really busy at work right now and right before I left work, one of the doctor's was flipping out on my nurse manager, then the nurse manager started taking it out of one of my best friends, who is also a nurse, because I think she was angry that the doctor was yelling at her. I had already had a not so easy night and then my shift ended like that. Just you just love it? They were doing it right at the nurses station too, right in front of everyone too. How professional!

Anyway, I don't have too much planned for today. I am going to spend most of my day here once getting up. DH is at work and then kids are at daycare. We're going to go grocery shopping and out to eat once he gets home.

Well, off to catch a few hours of sleep. Talk to you all later! Have a great day!

Sorry to hear you had a rough ending to your night, sugar. Hope you had a restful day off and are having a great evening with your DH! xo

How was Grave Encounters?

It was ok! Hubby actually sat through the whole thing. Some creepy parts that made you jump. But, too much like Blair Witch meets Paranormal Activity in a haunted psych ward. Now, I really want to see Insidious!! The scarier, the better!

How in the world have I past 17k posts? if everyone here knew how quiet I am in real life no one would ever guess I would have 17,000 posts on a website!! I guess being a christmas nut like I am meeting others like me has brought out the talkative Neal. I just noticed I past 17k,I always do not notice it until after I pass it though!

Congrats, dawg!!!!!

Good morning,

Still feeling quite blah, still really don't want to eat anything. I may have got 4 hours of sleep last night total. Just watching one of my favorite movies Slap Shot right now, doing laundry and other things. I ran to my job, and dropped off more paperwork, got to see some friends that cheered me up a little, I just feel a little depressed being stuck at home day in and day out.

Have a good day!

Thinking of you, Xmas!

Good morning, everyone! I hope you all have a great day and if you're working that it flies by for you.

If I had a signature, that picture would be in it! My mom actually saw this the other day and sent it to me because she knew I'd love it. That tree! I miss sitting and admiring my Christmas tree. At least I can stare at this animation year-round, now!

Three classes today - definitely not looking forward to any of them!

Hope your day went well, Jennifer! Love that beautiful Christmas pic!!

Goooood Morning! I am still exhausted and just not feeling to well. I slept terrible last night and woke up around 5:30 am. Even though I don't physically feel well I am mentally well! I just put on a Happy Smile!

Hope you're feeling better, CAH! Get some good sleep tonight, friend! xo

Good evening, everyone! I didn't make it on here this afternoon like I planned. I guess I liked the sleep a little too much today. DH said I deserve it though. Bless his heart.

Anyway, I am just bathing the kids now and then going to relax the rest of the evening.

Nothing is new here. Hope you're all having a great day!

Good evening, friends!!

One day down, and four more to go until the weekend!!

It was a beautiful day here. Went for a drive on my lunch break, had the window down, and some good tunes on the radio.

Not much new here..

Tonight, I'm going to meet my neighbor out back so Harlowe can play with her buddy, and I can enjoy the starry sky. Then watch some tv before bed.

C, sending big hugs to you! You're always in my thoughts. Good luck tomorrow. You are an amazing woman that we are all very lucky to know & call our friend!! xo

Will be thinking of her---and you.

I have my MRI guided biopsy tomorrow. Two things I hate: MRIs and biopsies!!!

But at least you don't have to have them separately this time. You can take care of them both at once. Best of luck with that, and please keep us posted.
