We all have pity parties now & then, but I feel so blessed that, as far as I know, all of my family is healthy & we have jobs to go to so that we can pay our bills. My grandmother's 88th birthday was Saturday & we're blessed that we still have her with us.

So glad to hear that you and your family made it through this past weeks tragedy uninjured and you weren't harmed. I'm so sorry to hear that you're friends were affected, but glad to hear that they weren't injuired.

:whisper: Flying by with a wee update on my friend Bekki - she's in recovery at present. They started the surgery later than expected and her husband has stopped replying to texts and emails because he finally gets to hold her again after six hours of waiting. Thanks for all you thoughts and prayers - keep them coming.

good evening ya'll! just finishing supper. i found it kind'a hard to put together something for us to eat on our....diet. i'll get used to it again, just gonna take some time.

Good evening,

3 good days in a row with my foot, maybe it is close to 100% now. Day off tomorrow, a lot planned to do, including picking up our new computer!!! JP finished the second book already, we did read some to him while tucking him in but that is 2 Wimpy Kid books finished in a few days apart. He is loving them, and because big brother loves them little bro has to copy him and we are reading him the books before bed now, and he is carrying it with him everywhere he goes. They both came in our bedroom carrying the books this morning.

I will say good night now.

You might want to check into INT (Intravenous Nutrient Therapy). It really improved my stamina. It is not cheap (about $180), but it works. I went today to get another infusion--it really speeded up my healing when I had my facelift.

Thanks for the update. Glad to know that she made it through the surgery. I will be continuing to pray.
