Evening, everyone! Went to get a bite to eat and then we hung out on the deck watching the birds. I had a few hummingbirds, so it look ilke I'm going to buy a few of those feeders now.

Good evening everyone and Happy Easter! Hope you've all enjoyed the day with your families, as much as I have. I am not going to stay long as I have been up for 24 hours, except for a short nap earlier on my in-laws couch.

hey ya'll, Happy Easter! i know it's a little late, sorry.
been hanging w/ everyone & enjoying seeing my nephews, they're 7 & 11.
been doing some stuff @ my sister's house. things to help out.
we will be heading home tomorrow after lunch. i get sad everytime i leave them. i keep saying we are moving down here one day but my nephews are growing like weeds!
we've been staying w/ my niece & her hubby. these 2 are so cool. they both are so kind & thoughtful.
very tired tonight so i'm gonna go.

The days and nights cycle by one by one.
Moving onward -- ever onward -- toward that long awaited time of the year.

And thus we mark another step:
Days to the Season: 218
Days to Christmas Day: 260
A mere 18 days off now from the 100-day Season window and less than 2 1/2 weeks away from the 1/3 marker to Christmas Day.
(How did we get so far so fast??
Must be the magic that is the Christmas Season, you think?)

Another coolish start this morning and we stand currently at 52 degrees here in the capital city.
Had a good Easter yesterday with highs in the mid 70's and no rain.
The entire family (my father, sister, two nieces and me - that's it) had a nice Easter dinner at home.

Have you heard anything about those MMC cookbooks yet? I thought once a US mailing address was available it would not be a problem getting them. So disappointed I have not seen it yet, really want to have one.

Happy Easter! Hope everyone is enjoying their day. We went to my wife's family get-together last night and ate way more than we should have. Now, the wifey and I are watching The Ten Commandments. Great movie. We will take it easy today and go to my family cookout tonight. Good times....good times! Have a great day!

Missed Greasy Skillet last night...guess I just got in to late. I'm still learning the hours and such. I will be there next Saturday.

We love The Ten Commandments, it has been a tradition of mine to watch it every year, and it was CAH's tradition too, so that works out well. We start to watch it on TV, but get tired of the commercials, and pop in the DVD, it usually ends well before the one that's on TV.

We missed the Greasy Skillet too, looks like even the ones that were there were distracted with lots to do getting ready for Easter.

Well she's not dizzy but she is complaining of a headache that won't go away now. My sister took her to the family doctor on Friday just to make sure it wasn't anything serious and he said that he didn't see anything. The main problem is they can't give her any kind of normal headache meds because of everything she is on for the arthritis. She goes to the neurologist on the 17th so maybe they will finally figure out something then.

I am glad she isn't dizzy anymore, I will continue to pray for her, that they figure out something about her headaches.
