good morning my mmc friends have this finds you all good
Hope you had a good day yesterday
Have the other turkey on for todays dinner as this is easter monday and its a big day as well over here.
Had scooby at the vets this morning. and the other vet thinks he has a hernia which i wood agree with more so.he give him a long acting antibobic and said if its appears agin he wood need surgury. well i knew that anyway but the thing is he is 10 and half years old
The vet could not beleive that he was as old as that as he said that he was in great shape and his heart was very good. Guess i must have done something right for him
I now have been checking and trying to figure out a diet to keep him from straining when going to the toilet as fibre will play a good part.
He does love porrage which is a fibre thing but hates veg !!
But now am alwyas gonna be looking everytime he goes to the toilet and guess its gonna be a day to day worry. i just feel at this minute i can never plan anything as i am the type of person that could not go and leave him but he will come first. but hes in great form and one good thing i can watch and will be able to see if the henera has got bigger.
So thats my ranting and raving over !!
Really hope all is good with you all and all your furbabies. and if your of today for easter have a lovely day and take care ..talk soon

We had a very nice Easter weekend. I hope you all enjoyed yours too!

Christmas in July is getting closer! I can't wait! :wiggy:

Have a Marvelous Monday everyone!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a nice day here in central Indy but it sounds like we are going to get some strong wind gusts this afternoon. I don't really have anything to do today. I'll probably go check the easter clearance to see if I can get anything to put back for stocking stuffers. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Happy workweek, everyone! Ugh, it's 63F in the office this morning---the thermostat must have failed. I have a tiny little tabletop space heater, but it isn't helping much. I'll have to put my jacket back on.

I hope the Easter weekend was a good one for all of you.

A bit of a rough Easter for us. Mr.'s father is doing badly (his cancer is no longer treatable), so Mr. was there most of the day helping out until the visiting nurse arrived at 11 p.m. But he took a break so we could go out for lunch and watch some DVDs before he went back to wait for the nurse. It's so hard on Mr. and his mother and sibs taking care of his father and watching him slowly fail. The medication to manage my f-i-l's pain is making him confused, and he's not always aware of his surroundings; he drifts in and out of awareness.

But some good things are coming up this week: some legal proceedings that I hope will yield some good news, and our turntable/cassette/CD/radio is supposed to arrive this week to replace my dearly departed stereo system that died of old age. It's shaping up to be a busy workweek, including work coming up this weekend, so it's nice to have things to look forward to. And next Monday is a holiday for us (Patriots Day in Massachusetts---not everybody gets it off, but our offices close for the day).

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

I hope everyone had a great Easter! Ours was good, but I'm full of boiled eggs for a while. Whew.

Later yesterday afternoon, Nancy's sister was hospitalized for a suspected blood clot in her leg (her report this morning was good, and she's being released), so Nancy spent the night in the hospital with her. I never sleep well without her, so I feel bad today...and we have customers coming for a plant tour in an hour. Ugh. I'm already looking forward to bedtime tonight!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Sorry to hear that. cancer is a tough one and its so hard to watch someone like that. i no i used be in the marie currie intern teams and have watched familys fall apart. the meds wood do that anyway but its almost better that way as at least most times they are pain free. you cant win !

We went through that 14 years ago with my dad, it is hard. My prayers are with you all.

I love this one! It cracks me up everytime! HAHAHA

Happy Easter! Hope everyone is enjoying their day. We went to my wife's family get-together last night and ate way more than we should have. Now, the wifey and I are watching The Ten Commandments. Great movie. We will take it easy today and go to my family cookout tonight. Good times....good times!

It sounds like you and your family had a lovely day! Hope you enjoyed it!

just finished doing my and my sons and my daughters taxes. Glad to have that done and out of the way. Love being able to do it on line.

:???::???:

It such a lovely feeling once the taxes are done, especially when you don't owe anything!!! :)

Well she's not dizzy but she is complaining of a headache that won't go away now. My sister took her to the family doctor on Friday just to make sure it wasn't anything serious and he said that he didn't see anything. The main problem is they can't give her any kind of normal headache meds because of everything she is on for the arthritis. She goes to the neurologist on the 17th so maybe they will finally figure out something then.

I sure hope they find out soon, Made. Have the done an MRI? I think Cm3 may have asked you about that, but I can't remember, sorry. Especially now that she is complaining of that constant headache, I would demand one. I will continue to pray for her and your family. As always and I know you will, keep us updated. Thanks.

hey ya'll, Happy Easter! i know it's a little late, sorry.
been hanging w/ everyone & enjoying seeing my nephews, they're 7 & 11.
been doing some stuff @ my sister's house. things to help out.
we will be heading home tomorrow after lunch. i get sad everytime i leave them. i keep saying we are moving down here one day but my nephews are growing like weeds!
we've been staying w/ my niece & her hubby. these 2 are so cool. they both are so kind & thoughtful.
very tired tonight so i'm gonna go.

Sounds like you are having such a great time! I'm sure it is hard to leave once you have to. :( Have a safe trip home! Talk to you soon!

Well my niece's ended up with 6 easter baskets. Talk about being spoiled and hyper. I'm exhausted now and think that I'm going to call it an early night. I hope everyone had a GREAT EASTER!!!!!!! Goodnight!!!!

Wow - sounds like two very lucky girls! I guess I shouldn't say anything though - both of my kids got 3 each - one from us, and one from each of their grandparents. Sounds like you had a very enjoyable Easter (and maybe a crazy one, too?) haha!!!

I have not yet, but would love to someday!

I'm sure we would have a blast :*)

BTW, I love your signature pic, star!

Poor Scooby.
At least now you have a confirmation on what's going on w/ him & can treat him accordingly. Good luck on finding the right food for him. Would probiotics help? Also, as an extra thing to do besides the food, you could add some benefiber to his water. We've done that for Harlowe, and it's worked well. Good luck. I'll keep that sweet boy in my thoughts & prayers.
xoxo
