Good evening,

It's my wife and my anniversary today, number 10! It seems like yesterday we made our vows. We have been together for nearly 14 years now altogether. Our plans for our night out are put on hold for now, with our family issues up north. We dropped the ball on getting our passports, so now we will be going to the post office on Tuesday to get them as quick as we can.
I am very sleepy tonight, one more day until my day off.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!!!! It's going to be a rainy cool day here in central Indy. I don't have much going on today. Just a few errands to run then it will be home to do some baking. My sister has already called this morning to complain that her dryer stopped working. I know she was wanting me to come out and look at it but I never offered. Yeah I probably could have fixed it but it's 12 years old so it's about at the end of it's lifespan anyway. Well I'm off to Bernie's to get my biscuits!! I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok...so what I am going to say (I hope you don't mind me saying so...) You're such a great uncle and you do so much for your family. (I am sure you realize this by what you just posted.) I feel so bad for you - you obviously just wanted to spend time with your family anyway. What would your sister do, if one day, you decided you didn't want to help her as much...so on. I know you would never be like that though. Hope things get worked out for you.

Ok...my rant over now!

I wouldn't do anything that would hurt my niece's but making my sister spend an extra $300 dollars on a new dryer..

After the games, I've got the steaks ready to go and the grill cleaned. Going to be a nice day. However, this morning I've got to spend a few hours at the office.

Don't work to hard and throw a couple of burgers on for me. I've never been much of a steak guy.

Hahaha...you're sooo funnny. I have sort of the same thing going on in my family with my brother and sister-in-law. My niece and nephew are with my parents a lot and my parents do A LOT for my them. As my mom and dad said though, they would never do anything to hurt their grandchildren and they always want to make sure they are taken care of, which I understand fully. I think I just get frustrated, which they do to about my brother. I guess every family has at least one of them in one shape or another.

I always think it's bad working with a bunch of a girls, but DH says it's worse working with a bunch of guys at a fire station - if you don't have a call for a while, which sometimes it's busy in Altoona, sometimes it's not. He says it's worse than working with women!

And my DH is sleeping on the couch next to him.

I guess I have to start making some Aioli..
We are having Scampi for dinner. My favorite!
