Christmas Countdown - 2012

hey everyone...it is Father´s Day over here in germany today....and the weather is bright....the man has to work tho even tho it is a public holiday....so it is a day like any other...we gave him his little presents yesterday already (a small led touchlight and a poloshirt...and a painted picture by Kandice)....so now I am pretty much doing everyday chores that summed up for a few days...lol....meaning....doing laundry, foldin em and puttin em away....plus vaccuming the floors, mopping em and just wipin the tables and stuff like that
 
watching a documentary about California...mostly about surfing in California...oh how much I miss the States.....I wish it was easier to live there...with that I mean to get there...lol

Good Morning, my down-the-slope Friends.

The peak of the week and the 'Pines are behind us and it's clear sailing downhill to the weekend, now!

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

I've working like crazy around here, trying to make sure I'm caught up for our weeklong trip to Orlando next week. The boss always panics when he realizes I'll be out for a week, and he starts dumping all this work on me that's not due for months..LOL!

In my job, I design and sell a product to power companies like Georgia Power, South Carolina Electric & Gas, all the EMC's in NC, etc. These projects stretch out for months, so right now I'm working on jobs due in October and November. I LOVE seeing fall delivery dates on purchase orders, and talking with folks in May about arranging deliveries around Thanksgiving! It makes me want to light my Mulled Cider candles. :mrgreen:

May and June are kinda slow around here anyways....I can't believe there is only 3 days left of school...actually the county I live in got out Friday but the county Me and brandi work in goes til weds. Brandi could not really enjoy mom's day although I had her a little surprise she teared up over...I think I am a little too nostalgic at times. But she had lost her class ring years ago right after she graduated so I got in touch with her high school and was able to get her a replacement. Even though she will not wear it she likes to have it. She is uber busy this weekend grading reports and she has finals tues and weds. Anyhow I guess I will go get busy doing something around here....kind of depressed about having to start another dreaded work week!!!
