Dancing Queen" Coach was sliding on the bar and hugging Carl singing " Mama Mia " and Crown, enjoying being third base, was sitting on the pitcher's mound using their cell phone to order sushi,.....

LOL!!!!! I tried Carl's new blend after I got out of the penalty box and then everything got kind of foggy.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! The weatherman used 3 words that I hate to hear in the forecast this morning. Hazy, Hot, and Humid. So it looks like most of my afternoon and evening will be spent indoors again. Right now I need to run to autozone because someone in my apartments when on a lug nut stealing spree last night. Why they chose lug nuts I don't know but there are 15 cars on my street that are missing one lug nut from each wheel this morning. I guess I should be happy that they didn't take something more valuable. Maybe I'll find a garage sale on my way to stop at. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Sister-In-Law & Mother-In-Law are in coming to town this weekend, and we are planning on a girl's shopping day. Hope we find some good deals, too! I'll be looking for vintage Christmas stuff at the consignment shops

Good Morning, MMC!!

Hope you're all doing well today!

I forgot to share an experience I had last Friday =)

A little pup ran across the road in front of my truck last Friday morning on my way to work...it was a black & tan chihuahua.
Scared me half to death!
I pulled over & tried to get him to come to me, while keeping him on the side of the road. He finally came over to me when I knelt down & talked to him sweetly. He had a collar w/ faded tags on. His name was Otis. I was late for work at this point, but I knew I'd figure something out, he was more important. I called the first #, and nothing. With the second & last one, a man answered! Thank God. I asked him if he had a little dog named Otis, and he said "yes!". I told him where I was at, and he came to me & got him. That 15 minutes I had w/ him were precious! He curled up w/ me in the truck, comfortable in the AC, and I just kept stroking his head. What a love!! I hope they take better care of him, as the man proceeded to tell me that it wasn't the first time he got out. He said he was a homeless pup, but they found him & adopted him. In the end, he was very appreciative, and I had a good feeling all day long.

Anyways, please keep all animals in your heart & in your prayers!! :smile:

Oh my!!! Happy Thursday everyone! I am so excited I have made it through a very very rough month at work. I am taking 4 day weekend which started about 43 minutes ago(but who is counting!!!) tomorrow I am working in the yard and saturday and sunday I will be driving up to Savannah,Ga about 3 hours to the northeastern Ga coast. I use to Go to college In a town about 30 miles from savannah and I am having a reunion with my frat brothers whom I have not seen in 10 years...I will be home by monday and back to work on tuesday. So much has been happening,I finally got a new car.or rather I unloaded my old one a 2009 honda accord with only 20k miles I blew up the transmission and it never worked right and no one could fix it!! so I traded that lemon in on a toyota Avalon which Is a step up and bigger since I have a growin family! I hope everyone is doing good! I see the countdown is getting lower and lower, we will soon be at summer solstice which in june 21st!!! after that the days will begin to get shorter!!

I was a really good softball player when I was in school. Hmmm. Wonder if I could still do it? When we go back to NC, I am going to go to the Charlotte Observer and look in their archives (which is called the morgue) and print off the articles that were in the paper!

I have not played baseball since highschool. As long as we are not keeping score I am all for it!!!
