Well, so much for a day off. I actually got called in for a small emergency and worked until 1:00. Oh well, I love my job and the people I work with, so it's no big deal.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I'm going to the mountains in the morning!!:???:

I had a great council meeting last night, managing to convince the council into contracting with the water systems manager I've been meeting with. All of the services and equipment he includes makes it difficult to say no, and his price is not much more than we were paying up to now, so it's a win for Bellville! I'm happy just not having to be concerned with all the EPA reports that are due regularly. Whew!

I have to leave work a couple hours early today to take my son to guitar lessons. He's starting to catch up with the old man on guitar! I find myself listening to him play in his room, then asking him to show me that chord progression or that lick...he used to ask ME those things! I'm going to have to bring more of that band's equipment in the house so we can jam more effectively.

We don't have internet access at our home in the mountains, so I'll have to rely on McDonald's wifi for my MMC fix. There is no Starbucks in our area, but there are several small coffee shops. I'll find some wifi somewhere.

Off tomorrow thankfully !! The fireworks are rampant around here tonight but no worry, I will protect my kids from being scared. Poor Hermione, this is her very first 4th of July....When I went out with her a few moments ago there were fireworks going off somewhere in the distance and she looked at me with that wrinkled hound face.......I just told her it was okay stayed right with her....and she was fine.

Wish does tend to "go potty" a lot Shellie but I don't care. In fact I am glad of it. As long as he is doing so that means the medicines are working !!!! I got his medicines ready tonight for tomorrow as I do each night. He is sleeping peacefully on top of Clancy's "house"......

Yes thats good as at least you know the tablets are wroking at removing the fluid. always keep a eye for it. hugs for your babies ~}

Happy 4th Everyone!

I am sitting here on my front porch drinking coffee with all the stray kitties sitting around me and my house kitties looking out the window at me. I really wish I could take these little guys in! There are 4 of them and we did get an organization to fix them all and get their shots (paid a donation to them). My neighbor and I feed them everyday and spend time with them. If I was not renting my home they would probably be inside my house! Then I could be on that animal hoarding show. I am at the limit of 2 dogs and 2 cats, not sure how well that would go if I brought in 4 more cats! I think there is a city legal limit as well. They are just so sweet!!!! Wayne, my son and I do spend a lot of time with them so they get lots of loving! My boss is so sweet and gives me discount on kitty feed for them as well.

Speaking of work, my job is closed but Wayne and I go in to feed the animals today. I just love my job!!!

wow, what a storm rolling through! Power went out briefly and now is flickering again. Lots of lightening, very loud thunder and pouring rain sweeping across the parking lot.
Not supposed to last to long, we did need the rain so that is nice!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a scorcher here in Central Indy with a high of 102. I don't really have anything planned for today. It's been awhile since I've been to hobby lobby so I might run there in a little bit. I also need to take my tablet back to hhgregg to exchange it. The charging port broke on it over the weekend. It's kind of a bummer that I can't put off any fireworks today but I understand why the ban is in place. You can't even turn on the news without hearing about a grass fire somewhere around town. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning! And for my American friends happy 4th of July!

Its dark outside right now, black clouds are rolling through. Storms. We need rain. My lawn is brown too. Not much new here. My Wife had a ladies night out last night. I played some Diablo 3 while chatting with friends. Ill be heading off to the pines after work with my Wife and Son. That should be fun. He hasn't met Carl yet! Well back to work I go. Hope everyone stays safe today!
