Good Morning MMC!!!!!!!! We are going for the ultimate record today. The hottest day ever in Indiana!!!!! The good news is that it seems like the heat is going to break earlier than they originally thought. So we only have to get through today and then tomorrow we are only looking at 90 degrees. The bad news is that the rain we have looking forward to on Monday has vanished too and that the cool down could be short lived. They also mentioned that some of the farmers south of Indy have started to cut down there corn. It's just been to dry and it has started to die. Well I'm off to hide from heat miser. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone! Well, I am still here, but I just wasn't able to get signed on. It wasn't MMC's fault, just mine. We didn't have internet period, not sure why. I think it was something going on within inside the house. Hopefully we got the problem fixed for good, but who knows. When I would even try to sign on from my phone, everything was running slow, so I just never got to sign on, so I apologize to you all.

I have missed you all! What is new in the world of Christmas? I have missed anything major, someone please post for me or PM me ASAP. I know I can never reply now, to all the post I have missed, but I am going to start to get caught back up from today on.

Tomorrow is DS's birthday and he will be 1. So exciting. We are having a fun party for him here. Lots of family and friends. I can't wait. EA is very excited.

I have some cleaning to do for that yet - so that is what DH and I will be doing now. I am just so glad to be back. You have no idea how much I've missed you guys. I didn't want to miss Christmas in July.

Good morning, MMC!

It is definitely cooler, by at least 10 degrees! Yay!! There is a good chance of thunderstorms today, too.

I did not find any of the missing cats and kittens. There is a very strong feeling in me that they took off for parts unknown. I pray that wherever they are, they are safe and well-loved!

I have the movie Python on for background noise. It is in honor of my dad who watched every scary movie that was on, no matter how awful. I miss him!

Good morning Christmas family and happy Weekend !

UGH..Another day of the outside being a furnace.........Yesterday by the time evening came our air was not keeping up well. It was set really, really low but still got to 76 in the house.........I am wondering if covering the living room window with that window film would help keep the heat out...??

Nothing big going on today. Just going to try and stay cool. I may take my furkids outside here in a minute just to let the big ones use the potty and let Wish get just a moment of fresh air.....I hear that hawk cawing so you can bet I will be hovering closer than breath to Wish and I think I will take something with me just in case the hawk gets brave so that I can let it know who is boss....I LOVE all animals and hawks are majestic creatures.....They are just doing what instinct tells them and I know that...they are not evil.....But I am going to do what instinct tell me to do too....and that is protect my baby......

I was wondering about something.... I would like to reply to more posts individually like you Made and others but I am wondering if I am missing a way to do that..........I see there is "reply" or "quick reply"...The thing I don't like about "reply" is that it always takes me to a new page or the end of the posts for the thread then I have to hit the back button to get to where I was.....is there an easier way ??

I hope all have a very wonderful COOL and Christmassy day !! A few of us on Facebook yesterday started quoting the movie Elf....It was so much fun !! Everyone came up with some of the most funny quotes from that movie...but then I love the whole movie anyway !!

I don't blame you for hovering close to Wish - I run outside a lot when I see hawks in the area - the kittens never realize there is danger.

As to posting individually, I just open up new tabs for every post I want to answer. I don't lose my spot that way. Make sure they are all fully loaded before actually posting, though, as you will end up with double posts.

I am in such a good mood today!

Over the past few days we have started receiving hospital bills for when Wayne had to stay there with his heart problem. My jaw just dropped when I saw how much everything cost, which is not unusual to be that high. Insurance is covering a lot but our balance is still insane. At first I was thinking how are we going to pay for all this?

Now I look at all these bills as a blessing! Wayne got thoroughly checked over, blood work done, every possible test on his heart and all came back looking great! I stayed with him every night at the hospital, everyone there was so nice, he got the best care and I was glad they fixed his heart rhythm. The hospital stay could have been tragic but it wasn't! I feel a sense of peace that he doing well!

These bills are worth every penny to me just to know he is healthy!

I think we are going to do something Christmasy today. We just might go to that very large Christmas store.
