Hello everyone! Well, I am still here, but I just wasn't able to get signed on. It wasn't MMC's fault, just mine. We didn't have internet period, not sure why. I think it was something going on within inside the house. Hopefully we got the problem fixed for good, but who knows. When I would even try to sign on from my phone, everything was running slow, so I just never got to sign on, so I apologize to you all.

I have missed you all! What is new in the world of Christmas? I have missed anything major, someone please post for me or PM me ASAP. I know I can never reply now, to all the post I have missed, but I am going to start to get caught back up from today on.

Tomorrow is DS's birthday and he will be 1. So exciting. We are having a fun party for him here. Lots of family and friends. I can't wait. EA is very excited.

I have some cleaning to do for that yet - so that is what DH and I will be doing now. I am just so glad to be back. You have no idea how much I've missed you guys. I didn't want to miss Christmas in July.

I was wondering about something.... I would like to reply to more posts individually like you Made and others but I am wondering if I am missing a way to do that..........I see there is "reply" or "quick reply"...The thing I don't like about "reply" is that it always takes me to a new page or the end of the posts for the thread then I have to hit the back button to get to where I was.....is there an easier way ??

I hit "quote" type what I say, hit submit, and then when it goes to your message you click on the little diamond next to "originally posted by..." It will take you back to the message you just quoted, where you last left off reading.

I can hardly believe it, BUT I have some energy today!!! I went for my blood test yesterday, and really started to feel well. (I lost another six pounds, by the way, so maybe I might not really need the John Deere tractor seat for a bike. On the other hand, it would be SOOOO comfy!!!)

They have played in Michigan within the past year. 1964, the Tribute (I think they are called) play here a lot. Have you ever heard of them?

I don't think I have, I did just check them out on YouTube and they are pretty good.

Good afternoon,

I finally got caught up on the last 2 days of posts. The tribute band was very good, they didn't dress up like the Beatles and there were 5 members, but they sounded very good. The theater was a very intimate setting, only about 150 seats, and we were 2 rows from the stage. We had a very good time last night. We actually slept until 9am this morning with the kids at my in-laws, they usually wake us before 6am, so that was a relief to get that sleep. Just a lazy day today, another 90*F+ day today, AC is on keeping us cool. I hope all of you are keeping cool.

My eye started bothering me last night and when I woke up this morning I couldn't even open it - so I knew I had pink eye. Since the doctor's office is closed today I called their line to see if they'd order me a prescription for it and they wouldn't. So I had to go to an emergency clinic and pay a fortune because I really needed the drops since I'm contagious. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my Sunday and now I can't go to the town's carnival/fireworks tonight. I am so disappointed!

I hope everyone had a great weekend and stayed cool! The air conditioning has been running non-stop here for quite some time now.

Anyone have any fun plans for the evening, or just relaxation?

Watching the Wimbledon final...............and I think I'm going to have to turn it off!!! It's only the first set and I'm scared to look. The amount of pressure put on Andy Murray by the media is ridiculous and I think he'll buckle under it. That and the fact Federer has already won it 7 times!!!

hey y'all! i've been super lazy here today. got everything cleaned friday & saturday so i took advantage of my time today. i stayed up very late last night, 2a.m.! i'm always in bed by 9 or 10 but i got caught up in a movie & some other shows i love & just kept going back & forth watching them all.i've taken lots of naps today also.
we just got a bit of rain..yaay! maybe for 5 minutes, i hope there's more to come! have a good evening y'all!:nice:
