Made, this is my 3rd try........is it really that expensive to repair what's wrong w/ my son's car? I was hoping you would read my post & tell me something i could do. My husband & my son are gonna try to do it i think, is that a good idea?
Thanks Xmas! I just sent him a message, asking him, "How come if you want to listen to MMC radio via Live 365, that you have to be a vip member?"! So, hopefully he can provide an answer when he comes back to the forums....
I've never been there. I was thinking that seemed to close for hershey but I didn't know of another park around there. I hope you guys have fun!!!!!!!!!!!
No Problem. It takes awhile to get used to tapatalk but it's nice being able to check in while you're on the go.
I think if you touch the specific post you want to reply to, it changes color and gives you a menu to choose from. Touch Reply, type in your post, and touch Submit. (Hope this is correct---I've been using Tapatalk on the Kindle Fire more often than my iPod Touch lately.)
I had a horrible Christmas dream last night! In my dream I was sitting on the couch watching a TV show or a movie with my brother and when I turned to look at the Christmas tree it was completely bare. Then my brother said, "I can't believe it's Christmas Eve already" and our house had not one decoration in it!! I then turned to look out the window I saw people caroling across the street and we were the only house without lights on the street, we were the scrooges!
Talk about a nightmare lol. At least I know that'll never happen. My mom, brother, and I like Christmas far too much to ever forget about it!!.....
I have no idea what this means. :lol:If you are talking about Merry Christmas Radio on live 365, Jeff posted a while ago that they were looking at shutting it down and just using MCR2 on shoutcast.

I know that this may be a silly question to some, but what is "shoutcast"? I have never heard of that before.....I'm starting to feel computer/ software stupid..... :-? Thanks!

Lots of errands to run today - have a great day, everyone!!
I'll take a whack at explaining. (Those who know better, pls correct anything I get wrong!)
Merry Christmas Radio (sometimes known in the Countdown as MCR for short) was originally hosted on Live365. About a year or two ago, a second MCR, known as MCR2, was launched on Shoutcast. (Shoutcast is the "host" of MCR2, the same as Live365 is the "host" of the original MCR---it's where the files that are broadcast go.) Early this year, Jeff and Jay made the decision to discontinue MCR on Live365, at least for the time being. So currently, the place to find MCR is to go to the Merry Forums homepage, scroll down, and look for the green player on the right-hand margin of the page. Click the Play button, and the stream will start. If you want to navigate away from that page but keep listening, click the symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the player, and it'll open in a new browser window. Above the player are links that will allow you to play the same stream on Windows Media Player, WinAmp (also works for iTunes), RealPlayer, and QuickTime.
I hope this makes even a little sense!
My kids are 11 and 14, so I have a few years to go before I have to worry about it, but I can sure empathize with you. Some parents don't mind when their kids grow up and move on, taking pride it the kids' ability to take charge of their own lives.Until I can figure out/ understand the MMC radio/ shoutcast item I'm having, I can talk about something else...
I wasn't here yesterday because it was my daughters first day at college. We packed her up and spent the day with her yesterday getting her set up in a dorm. Everything was fine until it was time to say goodbye, mannn, when I huged and kissed her and started to walk away, it hit me hard, like someone took a knife and cut out my heart.... It took all my strength, to hold back my emotions, my feeling and my tears....
She's the baby, and this is the very first time she has ever been away from us/ home. My wife was a mess, and still is. No matter what, as a parent, It's soooo hard to face reality and to let goooo! After I left, later on, she sent me a text message , thanking me for everything and she said she loved me and missed me.... That about did me in....and, is still getting to me, even as I type this!
I do realize that you have to let go a bit, but wow, I'm struggling here...
It means that you have to use the links over at the side if you want to listen to Merry Christmas Radio!
Shoutcast is another internet radio service provider like live365.
Super info, guys! Thanks for your help!I'll take a whack at explaining. (Those who know better, pls correct anything I get wrong!)
