i sure did miss y'all! i know i was only gone for about a day & 1/2 but that's just too long. lol

hope all is well w/ y'all. nothing much planned this weekend. going w/ the kids & hubby to shop & go out to eat tomorrow.

before i go....does anyone on here ever watch Lizard Lick? it comes on tru tv. anyhoo 2 of the people are gonna be @ our local walmart tomorrow. might just have to stop by there. y'all better not be laughing @ me because i watch this.

Late night here for us, just winding down from the long day in general, been going since 5:30am. I could use some Jolt Cola right about now. We went to the Jack & Jill up in Easthampton, Massachusetts, quite a drove from here especially when we have to drive 20 minutes the other way to drop off the boys with our friends to watch them. We will be busy tomorrow, our local orchard opens for the season we will be heading there for cider doughnuts checking out their new decorations and buying some apples, then we will be going around the town wide tag sale to see if we can find some elusive Christmas or Halloween decor.

The weather here is nice dry but cool and gives it nice all next week
The temperature today is 12 c
This morning i walked into the sunroom and could feel the coolest so even over here its cooling down but i dont mind
Have you,s any plans for your weekend ?
I dont have any ~{ just a quiet one few hours work for the shop and i think thats me
Scooby got a new ball yesterday and he will not leave it down. he runs round with it in his mouth all the time and slept with it under him last night in case i took it lol
Just looking out into the garden and i see a robin under one of the tree,s is it to early for them yet ??

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be cooler here today with a high near 80 degrees. It looks like the remains of Issac should get here some time around noon with the heaviest part arriving overnight. Right now they are saying maybe 2 inches of rain by Monday but they don't really know. So I guess we will just wait and see. I have a lot of errands to run this morning. So I better get going. I will catch up when I get home. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its has not rose above 18 all the summer months so we are used to the brrrrrrrrrrr lol

I hide the ball on scooby he run round the house like something demended looking for it i had to give it to him again ..

Hey everyone! Been gone for a few days, but I've been doing some reading. It's just been busy the past two days. I love when football season starts, but I hate it, too. Getting to work around 6 am, work til 4:00, go to the football field and get the concession stand ready, have football duty until 9:00, and then do it again the next day. Two 15 hour days back to back makes for a tiresome time.

Today, I've got a little office work to catch up on. However, I will be home to watch some of the college football games this afternoon. I'm hoping to get my work done so I don't have to go back to the office on Sunday or Monday.

The weather is warm and sunny here in NJ. I can't believe we have reached September already. Of course I am not complaining. Before long I will be decking the halls and trimming the tree. Thanks Meceka for keeping the countdown going. I am so excited to know we are only 2 weeks away from the 100 day mark. I was at the dollar store yesterday, and they are starting to put out their Christmas decorations!!! The over the door wreath hangers, wreaths, and some Christmas picks to decorate the wreaths. Didn't matter to me that it was only a few things, I was excited just the same. Well, I hope everyone is having a Super Saturday and a WONDERFUL Weekend.

Did you get any pictures of him playing? I would love to see them if you did!!! Scooby sounds a lot like Palmer ~ she is running all over the house looking for her jingle balls and holly leaves. Only thing is, she is the one that hid them. One of these days, I am going to move a box and find the mother lode of jingle ball stashes :grin:

What are your plans for the day?

We are having some friends over tomorrow, so we need to pick up & clean the house a bit. The high is 99 degrees for the day. I'm just happy it's under 100 degrees!

We are going to grill some pork chops for dinner, and make some au gratin potatoes. I'm hungry just thinking about it. And college football is on all day, so we'll probably keep an eye on the games, too.
