Good Morning MMC!!!! It's a chilly rainy morning and the rest of the day is looking the same. I got my oldest niece off to school and now me and my youngest niece are going to run to sam's club. I talked to my sister and she is hurting pretty bad this morning. I don't know what she was expecting but when they go in and take a bunch of stuff out of you, it's going to hurt. Well I'm off. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday hello to you!

I have to take JP to the dentist, he chipped a tooth at school today. Just one of those days I guess.

I have grate sympathy with JP. I chipped my front tooth yesterday and I'm off to the dentist this afternoon for a quick repair. On a brighter note its October so the best part of the year for me has started.

Let's be careful and take care of those teeth, folks ... we'll need 'em for the Halloween candy and Thanksgiving feasting and Christmas goodies that are on the way! cheesy

Still on this iPad. I don't like it. Can't figure out how to paste. :-(((

I'm new to iPad, but I think I read something about: after you copy, to paste you place the insertion point where you want to paste, tap the little flag attached to the insertion point, and options pop up, one of which should be Paste. Tap Paste.

If that doesn't work, open Safari and check the bookmarks---there should be a bookmark to the iPad manual, and you can look up how to do it.

If THAT doesn't work, click on this link, find the model of iPad you're using, and check the manual online.

I hope one of those works for you!

I guess I should say that I am getting use to feeling the way I do too! I actually feel decent this morning, the best I have felt in over a week!

g'morning y'all! can you believe it's finally October? i love it! only 3 months of this beautiful time of year. now i want everything to slow down.

my daughter & i went to kmart the other day, they are closing here in our town. they had just put the closing signs up the night before. wowser if only the store had that many peeps in it when they were regularly open.... the signs said "up to 30% off". once we got in there it was like any other store. 20% off lowest ticket price-it was regular price!!!!! i was shocked @ how many peeps were in there w/ carts full. i told my daughter if this kept up the entire store would be empty in a matter of weeks & it's not projected to close until dec.22.

hubby had to go to Pa. this week. last weekend we were talking about decorating for Christmas & he said he wants to go all out this year. woo-hoo! after Christmas last year he bought some net lights for the front of the house, said he's gonna get some more to have enough for the entire front shrubs.

i had some tests ran last week on my gall bladder. it seems i have stones. haven't heard back from it yet......we will see.

Kmart shut down here about 10 years ago and there is not one anywhere nearby but they still show commercials for it!

I hope they are doing everything possible to keep her out of pain. I have had a few surgeries but one in particular WAS AWFUL! I don't like to take any medication unless absolutely necessary but in this case I was BEGGING for meds! Yes, it hurts like heck when they remove a bunch of stuff! I feel for her if she is hurting and hope she will be okay!

I hope you get some rest after all this!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's wet and rainy down here today. We've needed some more rain, so that's a good thing. I have some outside work to do this afternoon, but I've never minded standing out in the rain.

Good morning everyone!

It's almost noon. Today, I started my first part-time work week. It is supposed to be three days per week, but this week is four days since I had to take last Friday off. It was a nice, chilly morning. Temperatures were just below double digits/50s. It was a real comfortable walk. No sun, just overcast. The forecast for the next couple days, however, looks like it could be rain for the next couple days...

Yesterday, I had a nice workout. I was able to do some light weights with flexion (knee-bending) for the first time in about three-to-four months. It felt useful! My knee is a little stiff, but I think it's a good stiffness. I hope, at least.

Not a whole lot is happening as of yet today. It seems pretty quiet. We're close to the next milestone. The days are really flying by!

All the talk about countdown clocks and I decided to buy two. I searched online and found one that can count down 999 days!!! One sits on a table or mantle and the other has a key chain!

I feel a lot better, even with lymphedema. That part hurts like you know what. The doctor is recommending I go to a lymphedema clinic before I start radiation. She has also suggested a pain management clinic. We shall see! It is great to see you here. I thought maybe Made had you locked up in the kitchen doing dishes!
