Good Tuesday morning! It's a seasonal morning in central Ohio before tomorrow's mid-week warm up.

If you're going to be in the south-central Ohio area this week, don't forget to head to the Circleville Pumpkin Show, "the greatest free show on earth". www.pumpkinshow.com We hope to go down tonight with the kids before the huge crowds take over. I love these small town festivals where they honor some piece of produce by making it an ingredient in everything, crown a show queen, and shut down the town for parades, carnival rides, and fair food.

I have one busy day ahead of me tomorrow, it is my day off and I have to get a haircut. My hair looks like Christopher Walken's if I don't gel it down.

Don't cut it yet, go for the Don King look!!!

My son-in-law dressed up as him a couple of years ago with a big wig like that. It was hilarious!!!!

Nothing new here jsut the usual work !
Had a meetng last nght to do with the christmas lights went well
I came across a new thing called a human snow gobe thought it was a brill idea and i thought they wood never go for it but they went for it big time.


This is a photo of it am sure you guys have seem it before but its new over here. you can step inside and get your photo took

Gonna start tomorrow and bring up the christmas pallets.

And its scoobys birthday today hes a big 11

Yesterday when I went home the clouds were gone and the mountain which towers over us was beautiful white from the snow and there was a gorgeous sunset. I felt like I was waking in a fairytale land.

Sounds amazing, Cetacea!!

Unfortunately it will get warmer this week so the snow on our mountain will melt away.

Today is a good day, my work colleague is back from her honeymoon holidays. I am happy that she had great holidays and tried to do all her work, so she can start her first working day smoothly.

Tonight I will go eating out with my partens and my uncle and his wife. Its going to be so much fun.

I want to say thank you to all who think our traditional swiss meal looks delicious! Infact almost all tourists who visit Switzerland normally trying this meal. Maybe you have a change and come visit us one day?

How about skip Tuesday and just go straight to Thursday? That would suit me just fine. It would mean end of working week for me, since I got friday off this week.

this is the cutest pic! snowflake as far as the real estate, my daughter was only 1 & my f-i-l had just moved in w/ us & was ill so i ended up giving up on it. i never did practice as an agent. this is a field i would love to be in though. to this day i try to stay up on all the listings & home values. i wish you the very best w/ this sweety!

Good morning everyone!

It's Tuesday. One day from 'Pines Day. And, we have a decent reason to celebrate. Being exactly four weeks away from the Season and 10 weeks from Christmas Day is quite the accomplishment. Times are flying by. Flying so fast that in two days my mom will be here for a short visit from Sault Ste. Marie. I'm excited. She'll be staying at the apartment, too, which is nice. It will be great to have her around, and, of course, great to experience the intensity of a Bruce Springsteen concert with her on Friday!

Not a whole lot is new. Signs of Christmas seem to be a little delayed at the Rideau Centre this year. Perhaps they will arrive sometime this week. I am blaming the "early" Thanksgiving weekend. Photos need to be taken. Christmas needs to Blossom in Ottawa!

The weather was seasonal this morning. A nice 5c (41f). Highs for the day are to reach 9c (48f). Perfect. Although the forecast calls for warmer weather throughout the week (mid-teens/upper 50s), the leaves have changed past peak colours and that dreary time between beautiful Autumn and Christmas lights galore will soon be upon us. I don't like that time, but it is quite magical when the lights are turned on to brighten the world...!

OK. I should return to work. After all, I am only here three days this week. Have a great Tuesday, everyone. In just under four weeks, we will all meet here and countdown the arrival of the Season together. What a magical moment that will be. Enjoy yourselves.

My daughter has the week off from work so you know what that means? I have the week off too! I plan to get a lot done and get ready for the holidays.

I really want to do something special for Christmas. It is going to be different since my uncle has passed away and not being able to go to his house on Christmas Eve. He loved Christmas so I know he wants us to enjoy. He actually had his tree set up earlier than I ever did. He put his up in October one year!!! So with all that in mind, I am actually looking forward to Christmas! We still miss him though!!!

Oh, CAH. So sad, I do remember this. What a lovely man.
And Im sure you have so many good memories ♥ and of course
he wants you to enjoy the Holidays! =]

Thanks for bringing me up to date with this! The U.S. just can't deal with a dollar coin in circulation, I guess. They rather collect them.

I remember that the Susan B. Anthony dollar coin (which flopped because it was too similar to a quarter in size, shape, and color---prompting the later "goldies") was issued on my birthday. A couple of the cards I received that year thoughtfully enclosed a Susie! I've also got a $2 bill somewhere (Jefferson on the front, the signing of the Declaration of Independence on the back)---another flop. Maybe I should frame all the "flops" together and make a showpiece of them!
