So here is the plan....we aer going to Mom's house to eat...give out candy...come home and watch scary movies....and right before we go to bed...

listen to two Christmas songs...she picks one and I pick one....I can't wait to hear Oh Christmas Tree or White Christmas....

I love Halloween...but I think because it ushers in the best time of year....

CM3... I set up my DVR to record the Good Witch series I know it recorded it now I cannot wait for the power to come back so I can watch them, I do so love that series, funny the 1st time I watched it I didn't but the next year I watched it again, and I did!!! Glad I did that!!!

Thanks LB !!! I don't know how I posted the SAME part of the lyrics as Seawaters !!! I do LOVE the Good Witch series. I watched the first one on a whim and now I am hooked !!! xo

It's quiet here because we're on a dead end street. Most of the kids go to the fire hall where they have a haunted house and tons of jack-o-lanterns donated from high schools and such and folks in the community donate candy so it doesn't cost the fireman anything, but their time.

Naturally I've been worried for my merry friends during this terrible storm. We got off lucky here. The wind knocked a birdfeeder down and the cushion off a lawn chair, but aside from some rain and strong winds, we hardly felt anything here.

Sunday night I watched a Halloween/Christmas flick.

Good thing too because our TV just died this morning. Seriously no trouble at all and then this morning the tube started to go and then came back to life and went again.

No worries, we'll grab a new one this weekend. We have an old 12" tv hooked up for now, but it wasn't converted and we can only get one channel and it's all news so at least we can keep up with storm updates and such.

So, is the Nightmare Before Christmas a Halloween flick or a Christmas flick? I say CHRISTMAS. Funny thing is I just picked it up two years ago and I discovered a few tunes quickly got stuck in my head.

Well my niece's went to 3 house's before they came home. They were afraid that people would have dogs that would bite them. I don't know why they suddenly developed a fear of dogs but my sister needs to get them over it. I mean my BIL's mom has had a dog all of their lives so it's not like they haven't grew up around one.
