Actually, this would be dessert, it is the cake I am entering in the competition Sunday. Everything you see is made of sugar.

they are starting to build up our city´s christmas market....it will start on the 26th or november...or maybe the 25th...not sure at the moment......also today the dates of the coca Cola christmas truck have been released for Germany........and finally since this tour started 14 years ago or so...the truck will stop in my hometown....cant wait....there will be a lil show....Santa is there for the kids to meet....you can record the coca cola christmas song and take a virtual ride on the truck through germany ( cant really imagine that...but oh well...that is what they wrote....lol).....cant wait for the 10th!!!!

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

Nutcracker practice went long last night, and I bet it will tonight...tomorrow is opening night!! She'll be the most beautiful mouse on the stage!!

Cool and rainy here today. I've been trying to clean up the pool so I can close it for the winter. I left my watch on the deck last night and found it in the rain this morning. It's still running, but I don't know for how long.

Hi all!!!

How are ya... Today was a bear of a day at work... Stress testing inspections; loud, stressful, and did I tell you loud?!?!?

Anywho, the excitement is just bubbling over on me. Everywhere I go I cannot help bu smile, and hmmm, It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.... ahhhh the season, ah that feeling I just cannot help myself, everywhere I go in the city signs are popping up!!!

well, that time again, off to work. I am glad the cakes are now safe at the competition site. Now I get to start on the gingerbread house competition.

Also start my new temp job of demoing the Keurig machine tomorrow, that should be fun!

Good afternoon, Christmas family

The work week is done for me today. I finished about an hour ago and am now relaxing. No real big plans for this evening, just probably watching Hallmark Channel and some Christmas movies. Tomorrow I want to work on Christmas cards since we will soon have to be mailing them out !!

I also have to mail out the ornament for my exchange partner !!! I sure hope he is going to like it !!! xo

I had taken bp medicine for a couple years, and it still ran high, but after getting a stent installed, it's been perfect! Not that I'm recommending a stent (LOL). The doc always told me I could get the bp down with some exercise & diet control, and I didn't listen to him. Good luck to him!

my hubby is 57 & i'm 41. his bp has always been better than mine. lately he's started this thing about him getting old. i say oh no, we are not going there & you are gonna take care of this. he is really not wanting to have to take meds so i know he will be serious about this. thanks bradmac.

hello guys & dolls!!! how goes it?

wowser, what a day!! busy, busy, busy. daughter was job shadowing me today but ended up just floating around & shadowing all the ladies. i enjoyed being w/ her today. anytime i get w/ her is special to me, especially now that she's 16 & growing up so fast.

my boys got the new Call of Duty & have been hold up in their room for 2 days!!!!! i mean, c'mon, 22 & 20 year olds playing games so seriously. that's something i'll never understand. they have been going to class & working but jeese get out of the room already.

hubby is installing our new dishwasher. the kids can't wait because they are sick of hand washing them. the old 1 broke about 3 weeks ago & they rotate weekly on chores. so far hubby has only knocked out 2 of my ceramic tiles...fingers crossed that's it. i need to go find glue.....
