SHe had the baby on the 17th and we named him James Wade. Will call him James Im thinking. So far so good with his sleeping through the night. My in laws are down from Boston until sunday and we had a great thanksgiving. I hope everyone here did as well... goodnight and it's good to be back!

congratulations to y'all on the new baby boy!

Good morning!
We had a GREAT Thanksgiving, even though Thomas
and my daughter is sick. And still is!
I don't feel so good my self... But, try not to think about it!
And hope the virus dont take me.. LOL
I refuse to sit on the toilet with my head in a bucket!

The turkey tasted amazing!
Im going to brine it again at New Years Eve.

Something 'terrible' happend here in the middle og the night.
A huge painting we have high up on our wall (in our hall) fell down.
OMG I woke up with the heart beating outside my body!

We both thought that someone had smashed a window and
was getting inside the house. The stairs was covered in glass.
Relieved is was 'just' the painting.
It took forever to fall asleep again, I was still so scared!

Im so glad Thomas was home.
If I were alone here I probably jumped out the window
... (LOL)

Better news:
I got my first Christmas Card yesterday!
Thank you Head Elf! ♥ I love it!

Good morning, Christmas Family

Just stopping by really quick. Trying to work this morning but for some reason under the weather. Today is my Hermione's very FIRST Birthday!! Here is my girl when she "graduated" from puppy class !! It came out a little small but if you click on it, it is closer to full size xo

Have a good day, Christmas family xo

Happy birthday little Hermoine!!! you're precious!

Hey everyone! Got almost all of my Christmas cards for the exchange done this evening. EA and I made a homemade pizza, now we're enjoying specials on Hallmark and CBS. Frosty is currently on. We just got done having popcorn and hot chocolate. It's been a great night.

DH brought all the decorations out of the attic this am, so we will clean and decorate tomorrow. I can't wait!

Well, off to keep enjoying this evening with my kids. Just put DS to bed, so EA will really have some nice bonding time now. Night all!

LOL! I guess I will need you to come do dishes and clean the house. I am just too tired! Great pic of your hometown!

If you don't mind the hacking cough, I'm in.

Good evening, Christmas family

I am just finishing watching The Polar Express which I have on the DVR from last year. I have it on DVD but I wanted to see the Christmas commercials from last year along with the movie.

I am nearly finished now decorating my tree. It is 99% completed. It is so funny how some ornaments can bring back such happy memories. When I was putting decorations on the tree this evening, I happened upon three ornaments that my first husband and I had customized for our then three furkids, Jonesy (A Doberman who was a big extremely gentle chicken because nobody ever told him he was a Doberman, Rhuffles, my very first Rhodesian Ridgeback who used to sit in my lap and go to sleep even as an adult, and Abercrombie, a Bassett Hound who was the biggest clown you ever saw. The ornaments are shaped like dog bones and each has a heart above the name. I can still remember buying those ornaments like it was yesterday. Every year David and I would attend a craft show called the Christkindl Market and in 1987 that is when we purchased those ornaments. I must admit that even though it was a happy thing putting those ornaments on and remembering the craft show with David, more than a few tears came to my eyes. I miss them all so much......

I am planning on watching A Christmas Carol next (1951, B and W, Alastair Sim !!) and snuggling with my now one year old, Hermione. Clancy is asleep on the love seat and resting better than she did last night. I cannot remember if I told you but she went to the vet today and now has to be on antibiotics for about a week. Poor baby. She was SUCH AN ANGEL on the way to, while she was at, and on the way home from the vet but then she always is. She still has that same adorable look in her eyes at 6 years old that she had when she was just 6 months. Wishbone has parked himself underneath one of the end tables here in the living room so he can get the heat first hand. I am so blessed that he is still here. I cannot believe it xo

Thank you everyone, for wishing my Hermione a happy birthday and for keeping Clancy in your thoughts and prayers. My furkids are an enormously important part of my life. Thank you all for your kindnesss.. xo

It is beginning to snow here at last !!! Just a few flakes but still it is snow !!! And that makes me incredibly happy !!! I hope everyone has a very Christmassy evening xo

Made - I really hope you are feeling better soon, dear friend. Did you ever see the glitter candles in Christmas blossoms I tried to photograph for you and Binger ??

Xmas - I hope the weekend will be less stressful than today was for you xo I am EXACTLY like you. For me, it takes very little to make me anxious but an entire team of Clydesdales cannot stop it at times. I admire you for how you handle your anxious times. I wish I did better at handling mine xo

((((HUGS)))) dear Christmas family to all but ESPECIALLY to:

Ella, Harlowe, Snowball, Gomez, Ophelia, Sidney, Alex, Merlin, Snickers, Victor, Daisy, Diva, Mickey, Palmer, Mouse, Bo, Chico, Meca, Alvin, Charlie, Gary, Bailey, Jerrold, Irving, Martha, Uncle Julio, Missy, Scooby, Sasha, Jacob, Cracker, Bunny B, Penny, Pocket, LuLu, Bear-Bear, Stripey, Holly, Fate Puppy (London,) Buster, Missy, Baby, Santa's Polar Bears, Sangria, O'Malley, Beau, Taz, Zema, Rizzo, Bella and all furkids everywhere xoxoo

Snow squall warning for
Stratford - Mitchell - Southern Perth County continued

Snow squalls developing tonight.

Areas of flurries at times heavy are affecting regions to the southeast of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. As the night progresses, a few bands of flurries will further organize into snow squalls and persist into Saturday. Some areas may see up to 15 or 20 centimetres by late in the day Saturday. It should be noted that the highest amounts will be very localized.

Current indications suggest that the heaviest snow squall activity will remain north of the city of London tonight, but may affect the city more so on Saturday.

who knew that flurries could organize like that! LOL

This Duck Dynasty marathon needs to end so I can go to bed.

Greetings to all, and - MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Wow do I have some catching up to do. Everyone who is sick or injured, I wish you well. Or at least good (legal) drugs. Congrats to the members with new babies. Bring them up right, Show them MMC as soon as possible. Hey Radio, after reading your ordinance all I say is that it sounds like some of the jiberish ordinances we have here in chicago (note small C). Goals: Out of chicago, out of cook (pronounced:crook) county, and out of illinois, In that order.

I didn't plan to go out today but needed apart for the garage heater. Home Depot was packed ! Apparently a lot of people are getting a lot of hardware in their stockings. Luckily for me Mrs Eagle said I should take the pick up with the shotgun rack in the back, just in case I had to fight my way in and out of the store. . . . . . I almost had to.

I'm still recovering from Thanksgiving. If I were to eat but a tiny morsel more, I would surely burst with a resounding BANG.

Good Night my friends.

CHRISTMAS SEASON DAY #12

Good Morning, Weekenders and Pending Christmassers!

Wow!
We are at the second weekend of Christmas Season 2012, already!
How can the time be slipping away so fast?

Just look at this:
Days to Christmas Day: 31 (One month from tomorrow, Folks!)

Nice and warm here yesterday.
That will NOT be the case today where we are predicted to not get out of the 40's all day.
We currently stand at 43 degrees here in the capital city.

You have a Sensational Saturday, Folks.
Keep that camera at the ready for Blossoms photos!

Brrr! Good Saturday morning!!! It got COLD overnight, hooray! Today, I am cooking a mini Thanksgiving for "leftover" purposes! Mmm.. can't get enough! The kids and I are watching some of the CHristmas shows that were on CBS last night, too! Decorating has been done for... about a week and a half now! And we're getting our tree TOMORROW!!

I wanted to share some pics of this incredible light display near me! Last night was the first night they light it up and it just so happened we got home from visiting friends at just the right time and took a little detour. The boys (and us grown ups!!) were SO excited! It was incredible!

Good afternoon,

I got home this morning around 9am, I really don't want to work these Black Fridays anymore, it is not fun to deal with extremely large crowds, inebriated customers, disrespectful people and so on. I am not trained in security and people getting upset when things run out really got scary a few times. To say the least I was up for 27 hours straight and I am running on a 3 hour nap now. I did pick up a couple Christmas DVD's though, The Smurfs Christmas Carol, and A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas. I am just taking it easy for the rest of the day, I have to go back to work at 7 am tomorrow.

Have a good day.

I'm glad to see you survived BF! I hope you have a much better day today!!!
