Good morning, MMC!

Have a MERRY day!

Hello ... :-) Once I get through this workday ... Friday and Monday off for Christmas stuff! Yay! No alarm clock tomorrow morning for me! (I hope that brochure doesn't come back today.)

I won, I won!!!!!!!!

:???:

Okay it wasn't the $550 million but I'll take $4.
Winning numbers in Powerball drawing: 5, 16, 22, 23, 29, Powerball: 6

Congratulations!
We heard that there are four $1 million winners in Massachusetts, so I'm waiting for Mr. to check the numbers.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love my relatives in Arizona?

They're about to meet their long-lost cousin!

Good merry morning MMC!!!

I watched the tree lighting last night it was really nice.

I am enjoying my Starbucks as the sun shines over the city. What a beautiful morning!!!

I just love when I wake up in the morning and Wayne already has all the lights turned on our Christmas tree on and the rest of the Christmas lights on in the house. It's like waking up to a Christmas Wonderland. He has done this for me every year if he wakes up before me, (I think he enjoys it too ). I kind of have a "Griswold" look inside my house with all the strings of lights everywhere. Wayne is the one who set the tree up this year and decorated it, he did a great job!

Christmasstar, you and I have the same exact Advent Calendar. I have had that since I was a teenager and this year I cannot find the mouse for it! I know I will come across it but it will make me sad if it's lost for good. I will keep searching!

Seawaters,
thanks so much for my year round reminder of cookie cutters! It has been a nice reminder that I really do have some instead of like last year completely forgetting about it!!! :D

Lauriebear,
I am so jealous that you got to watch the Tree Lighting in New York!!! I watched it last night and enjoyed it very much! Were you there last year when Michael Buble performed? I became a fan of his after watching him sing, Silver Bells.

I want to catch up on here but gotta run! I will try to be back on here later!

I got so many Merry things to do today! Yay! :transform:

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

Last night we worked on checking the bulbs for our pole lights that are going up down main street on Saturday. It felt Christmassy to do stuff like that.

Tonight is our company Christmas party. Since there are so many guys in the plant, we usually have a big dinner for them in the breakrom & the boss hands out their bonus checks. Then we have an office party at a restaurant later. This year, we are taking the whole plant and their families to a local bowling alley/game room/laser tag/batting cage/mini-golf place. It shoul be alot of fun!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

I LOVE Laser Tag! I have not played that in almost 10 years. When my daughter was little we went to Las Vegas and her and I went to the Amusement Park inside the hotel, Circus Circus and played Laser Tag for hours. I think I was the only adult who kept playing over and over. We would play a round then get right back in line for another round. We finally dragged ourselves back to our hotel room around midnight. Such party animals! You know what they say, "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas"! That's about as wild as I can get since gambling is not my main thing when I go there. :D

Guess what? I actually was able to pick up 2 free tickets to see Tom Jones from a friend of mine who was in Vegas at the same time but turned it down to play Laser Tag with my daughter. She didn't know who he was anyway and we had more fun playing than going to see him. :D

I hope you have a great time!!!

Warmer weather is expected for today, warmer yet for Friday and still warmer for Saturday (when we are getting our Christmas tree!).
We are looking at 28 degrees here right now, the coldest start so far.

Oh, the excitement! Good luck at finding the perfect Christmas Tree, Crown. Be sure to update us on your selection. Perhaps, even with photos!

Good morning everyone!

This morning was a little strange. It appears that I forgot to set my alarm. My internal clock usually wakes me up around just after 7 AM on weekdays anyway. However, this morning, I didn't vault out of bed until about 8:05. Funny, isn't it? Also, I am usually at work by 7:45, so I didn't arrive at work until about 8:30. Oh well! I'll just have to stay a bit later.

Yesterday was quiet. No Christmas movies, but we did watch the Saturday Night Live Christmas Special. Although we had seen most of the skits before, it provided us with plenty of laughs!

Weather-wise, the snow is falling in Ottawa. It looks pretty. As 'Star said, however, the temperatures should rise this weekend and the snow will be gone as of Monday. We're supposed to hit double digits on Tuesday. I don't like that!

Well, we're nearing a day and a half until the first weekend of December. Enjoy the rest of your Thursday, everyone. Merry Christmas!

I took this photo while we were in Pigeon Forge, TN over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Now I see where Carl gets all his spending money. He's a real estate magnate!

Good Morning MMC!!!!! We got off to a chilly start here in central Indy but we are quickly warming up and it looks like we will top out around 50 today. I just got off the phone with my Great Aunt and Uncle in Arizona. We didn't hear from them on Thanksgiving so I wanted to call and let them know their great nephew was thinking of them. Now I need to get some laundry done before Valerie comes on at 1pm est. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning, everyone! It's a lovely, chilly day here in Maryland, and it really feels like Christmas is already here. I got to do some Christmas shopping yesterday, and had a great time looking around in the store while I was at it.

We heard from our mechanic in Pennsylvania yesterday evening; the only decent engine available for the car is in North Carolina right now, and he should be able to get it by next week. After that, they just have to put it in the car. I'm seeing if I can sneak a day off work after that to go with Hubby to pick up his car. Maybe we can make it a day trip and go to PA Railroad museum or Christmas Center while we're up there. Seems a shame to go and not look around.

I put up my new porch Christmas lights last night. We got some of those large LED light strings that light up in different patterns and change colors. I got some of the 'dripping icicle' LEDs too. After that, I had to keep going outside to look at them. Tonight, maybe I can get the remainder of the window lights up.

Have a great day, everybody!

Frosted= Glitter!!!! Take a sip!!!

Customer top rated because there are a lot of people who like birds dipped in glitter.

Just what we need. Tumblers designed by Valerie to drink our coffee from!!! If they only had glitter on them.

After 5 months of selling Christmas decorations I bet Valerie has her house decorated for the 4th of July right now.

Of course, Carl would want to alter it to this:

Did she really have to dip Santa and 6 of his reindeer in glitter? At least Dasher and Dancer escaped.
